(2) Comisia a examinat cererea și a ajuns la concluzia că sunt îndeplinite condițiile prevăzute la articolele 93-96, la articolul 97 alineatul (1) și la articolele 100, 101 și 102 din Regulamentul (UE) nr. 1308/2013. (3) Pentru a se permite prezentarea declarațiilor de opoziție în conformitate cu articolul 98 din Regulamentul (UE) nr. 1308 /2013, cererea de modificare a caietului de sarcini al denumirii „Dealurile Crișanei” ar trebui publicată în Jurnalul Oficial al Uniunii Europene, DECIDE: Articol unic În conformitate cu articolul 105 din Regulamentul (UE) nr. 1308/2013, cererea de modificare a caietului de sarcini pentru denumirea „Dealurile Crișanei” (IGP) figurează în anexa la prezenta decizie. -

This paper presents the heritage of Germans in Romania (Danube Swabians and Transylvanian Saxons) in relationship with the regions of emigration in the home country of Germany. Nowadays there are institutions dealing with the effects of immigration on art and architecture, including research institutions and museums, and the paper makes reference to these. Also, Italian research is interested in the province of Dacia and many conservation methods come from those lessons, while many of the buildings in the home country were inspired by Italian journeys. The heritage was subjected to disasters over time (earthquake, fire, war among others) and is facing abandonment today, for which reason conservation and management of these heritage buildings is important. This conservation includes also digital conservation, such as CAD virtual reconstruction and laser scanning. The confessional history has been different, with the Saxons arriving before the church Reformation and becoming protestant, while the Swabians arrived as part of the Counter-Reform of Emperor Maria Theresia of the Habsburgs. This, and the position of the dominant architecture programme for the respective periods of history of architecture determined the position of the churches of different confessions in the city. 2017 500 years of Reformation were celebrated, which made the question of confession actual and the agreement today between Christians. Also, the basic professions of the immigrants influenced how the church architecture spread from urban to rural areas. -

ROMÂNIA JUDEŢUL SĂLAJ CONSILIUL JUDEŢEAN HOTĂRÂREA nr. 48 din 30 iunie 2020 privind aprobarea Planului Judeţean de Analiză şi Acoperire a Riscurilor, actualizat Consiliul Judeţean Sălaj, întrunit în şedinţă ordinară; Având în vedere: - referatul de aprobare nr. 8321 din 17.06.2020 al preşedintelui Consiliului judeţean; - raportul de specialitate nr. 8322 din 17.06.2020 al Direcţiei juridice și administrație locală; - prevederile art. 15 lit. a) din Legea nr. 307/2006, republicată, privind apărarea împotriva incendiilor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare; - art. 6 alin. Cu data intrării în vigoare a prezentei, Hotărârea Consiliului Judeţean Sălaj nr. 64 din 31 mai 2019 privind aprobarea Planului Judeţean de Analiză şi Acoperire a Riscurilor, actualizat, îşi încetează aplicabilitatea. Art. 3. Cu ducerea la îndeplinire a prezentei hotărâri se încredinţează: - Preşedintele Consiliului Judeţean Sălaj; - Inspectoratul pentru Situaţii de Urgenţă „Porolissum” al Judeţului Sălaj. Art. 4. RAPORT Privind Dezvoltarea Economică Şi Socială a Comunei Crasna La Sfârşitul Anului 2018
Intern ROMÂNIA JUDEŢUL SĂLAJ COMUNA CRASNA PRIMAR Nr.2630/19.03.2019. RAPORT privind dezvoltarea economică şi socială a comunei Crasna la sfârşitul anului 2018 Prezentul Raport se întemeiază pe baza prevederilor art.63 alin.(3) litera “a”, din Legea nr.215/2001 privind administraţia publică locală, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare. Principalul obiectiv al anului 2018, s-a bazat pe orientarea comunei, înspre dezvoltare continuă, modernizare şi prosperitate. Am avut în vedere de asemenea, crearea unei administraţii eficiente, echilibrate, bazată pe o gândire obiectivă asupra problemelor cu care se confruntă comunitatea. Administraţia locală şi-a stabilit ca prioritate asigurarea funcţionalităţii comunei, prin menţinerea serviciilor publice la un standard cât mai înalt de calitate, în ciuda crizei şi a bugetelor reduse.O altă ţintă deosebit de importantă pe care şi-a stabilit-o Primăria comunei Crasna a reprezentat-o absorbţia de fonduri europene. Cele mai importante investiţii ale lui 2018 au avut ca sursă de finanţare fondurile europene pe care am reuşit să le atragem, printr-un efort comun, prin susţinere din partea tuturor colaboratorilor din cadrul structurilor din administraţia centrală, judeţeană şi locală. Acest raport îşi propune să prezinte principalele activităţi ale administraţiei locale în anul 2018. Activitatea administrativ – legală Primăria comunei Crasna a stat permanent la dispoziţia cetăţenilor şi a acordat sprijin în orice problemă adusă în faţa conducătorilor instituţiei. În perioada la care ne referim s-au ţinut un număr total de 13 ședințe din care 12 şedinţe ordinare, 1 şedinţă extraordinară. În aceste şedinţe ordinare s-au adoptat 72 de hotărâri care au fost au fost înaintate Prefectului pentru exercitarea controlului de legalitate în termenul legal de 10 zile de la adoptare şi toate au fost considerate de Prefect ca fiind legale, cu excepția unei hotărâri care a fost considerat parţial nelegal, pentru care s-a solicitat modificare parțială. -

TISCIA 35, 65-72 CHANGES IN THE FISH FAUNA OF THE RIVER TISZA Á. Harka Harka, Á. (2006): Changes in the fish fauna of the River Tisza. – Tiscia 35, 65-72 Abstract. The slow transformation of a fauna is a natural phenomenon, but changes over the past 150 years in the River Tisza basin have primarily been the result of human intervention. Factors significantly affecting the structure of fish communities and species are as follows: (1) regulation of rivers to control floods, (2) canalization of rivers, construction of dams and reservoirs, (3) introduction of exotic species, (4) pollution of rivers, (5) increase in water temperature. Actually number of fish species living in the River Tisza is most probably 68 (in the watershed 70), of which 80% is native, 20% has been introduced. All the species contribute to the unique value of the fish fauna, endemic species in the Tisza watershed, however, deserve special attention: Scardinius racovitzai was found and identified exclusively in the thermal pond of Băile Episcopeşti (Püspökfürdő), Romania, on the left bank of the River Crişul Repede (Sebes-Körös). Another unique species is the quasi-endemic Carpathian lamprey (Eudontomyzon danfordi), present outside the watershed only in the upper stretch of the neighbouring River Timiş (Temes). This species lived in a number of streams earlier, but has by now disappeared from many places. The settling of human communities and the human behavior in a certain geographical area are directly influenced by the relief, by the existent resources and by the communicational possibilities. On the other hand, the human activities influenced the natural environment of an area by modifying it. The touch of man reached dramatic proportions, especially in the recent years, human activity radically transformed the natural environment. These general observations are valid for the greatest part of the European continent, and are prominent on the present territory of Satu Mare county. The various reliefs of the territory determined an uneven exploitation, according to the opportunities offered to use the resources. The relation between man and the environment from Satu Mare County was different throughout the time. If we look retrospectively to the natural environment of the county in the last centuries, it can be noticed the difference between its aspect then and today. The human activities carried out especially during the last two centuries have transformed it radically. The birth of the new geographical units – Ecedea Plain and Ier Plain – can be mentioned, as a consequence of draining the two swamps. The draining of the Ecedea Swamp at the end of the 19th century meant the destruction of one of the largest swampareas in Europe.
