CBS had to do some scrambling if it was to continue publishing the CBS bi- monthly magazine, The Holler. That is why you haven't received a Holler for several months. Former CBS President Chick Cavallero is the new Editor and will be using a different format than ISSUU which we had been using in the past. The Royal Southern Brotherhood Prima ancora che tocchino una nota i The Royal Southern Brotherhood hanno già attirato l‟attenzione del pubblico. Nel sud degli Stati Uniti, dove la musica è religione, sovrastano tutti con il loro rock‟n‟roll: dal Mississippi al Maryland, semplicemente menzionando il cast di The Allman e Neville Brothers viene gettato un incantesimo, le conversazioni si spengono, le bottiglie di birra vengono sollevate in aria in segno di salute e cala il silenzio. Non sono solo una semplice band, ma sono il meglio, con un line-up che comprende I famosi Cyril Neville e Devon Allman, irrompono con grandi aspettative che non possono deludere. L‟albero genealogico è promettente ma questa nuova band si basa sul talento. Non riguarda la storia della musica rock ma riguarda le scene musicali contemporanee. Ora come ora tutti I commenti e mormorii riguardano il loro album di debutto prodotto con Jim Gaines in Louisiana, ma torniamo indietro nel tempo, all‟estate del 2010 nel caldo soffocante di New Orleans: la città che ha tenuto a battesimo gli Allman al The Warehouse ed ha fatto da sfondo all‟unione tra Cyril, Devon e Mike Zito. Parlando dell‟idea di formare una nuova band di blues-rock iniziano a suonare nell‟appartato studio di Garden District dove la chimica è troppo forte per poter essere negata. Un primo accenno al potenziale progetto arriva dalle demo e da una raffica di video inviati su YouTube ma il loro ufficiale debutto arriva a settembre al New Orleans’ Rock ‘N’ Bowl.
