Through these Awards young people will be enabled to take an active part in the life of their Church, in the life of their community and society. The awards are for young people between the ages of 16 and 18 years of age who have completed their Junior Certificate. The Awards are non-competitive, flexible and voluntary. A talk on the John Paul II Awards took place on Monday 19th February in St Mogue’s Secondary school to TY and 5th Year students. If any students or parents from Corlough Templeport Parish are interested in finding out more and/or participating in these Awards let Fr Phair know. Templeport Foróige: are looking for paint sample booklets. Anyone who has some at home, we would be very grateful if you could give them to any Foróige member, for a project we are working on. Thank You. 2nd Annual Paul Brady Memorial Hunt & 5km walk: in aid of SOSAD & Brookvale House Sensory Garden on today Sunday 4th March – Registration at Ballymac Inn from 12pm, Hunt departing 1pm, Walk at 1.30pm. Raffle on return at 4pm approx Tickets available on the day or from the Ballymac Inn. Your support would be appreciated. Line Dancing: Classes continue in Corlough Community Centre on Wednesday at 8pm. At the request of the Line Dancing tutors and in compliance with Safeguarding of Children, all children must be accompanied by an adult. All welcome. Templeport Juvenile Registration will take place on Saturday 10th March in the club rooms from 6pm to 6.30pm Forms are left in the shop in Bawnboy and distributed to the schools.
