Welcome to Copley’s on Palm Canyon

Located in the heart of Palm Spring’s growing Uptown Design District, the former Cary Grant guest estate has been revived as Copley’s on Palm Canyon Restaurant, a sophisticated yet comfortable environment offering a friendly and unique dining experience, indoors and out.

Started by three friends from Maui, (Andrew, Juliana & Greg), Copley’s on Palm Canyon opened its doors in December of 2004 and quickly became one of the premier restaurants in Palm Springs, garnering both national and local recognition. The menu features a colorful array of contemporary dishes accentuated with such elements as the pineapple croutons on the unique Caesar salad and the surprising house-made basil ice cream with dessert.

Copley’s has consistently been rated among the top restaurants in the Coachella Valley by Zagat, Open Table, Yelp & the New York Times. Beyond its acclaim for inspired food, Copley’s takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere where each guest feels like part of our family.
