Wines Bythe Glass WINES BY THE GLASS SPARKLING 6 oz. glass • Bottle Sparkling, Roederer Brut, Anderson Valley, CA NV 13 50 Sparkling Rosé, Graham Beck, South Africa NV 11 42 WHITE WINE Full glass (6oz) • Half Glass (3oz) Rosé, Trū Wine Company, San Luis Obispo 201 11 6 Sauvignon Blanc, Ponga, Marlborough, New Zealand 2017 10 5.5 Rhône Blend, La Solitude, Côtes du Rhône, France 2017 9 5 Gewurztraminer, Claiborne & Churchill, Central Coast 2017 10 5.5 Pinot Grigio, Zenato, Veneto, Italy 2017 9 5 Chardonnay, Sea Sun, 53% Santa Barbara-38% Monterey-9% Solano 2016 10 5.5 Chardonnay, Talley Vineyards, Arroyo Grande Valley 2016 13 7 FEATURED WHITE WINE Lo-Fi, Chenin Blanc, Santa Ynez, California 2015 13/glass 7/half glass 50/bottle Winemaker Mike Roth makes two picks of his Chenin blocks at Jurassic Park Vineyard for his Central Coast wine brand, LoFi: the first to give the wine nerve and a ripple of acidity, the second comes weeks later, when the fruit is riper, for added richness and phenolic grip. There's a presence and length in the texture here that hints at the range this variety can express. Pale golden hues, medium viscosity, aromatics of fresh Granny Smith apples and Bartlett pears with a slight minerality and bright crisp acidity. RED WINE Full glass (6oz) • Half Glass (3oz) Pinot Noir, El Lugar, Rincon Vineyard, Arroyo Grande Valley 2016 16 8.5 Pinot Noir, Effort by Center of Effort, Edna Valley 2016 12 6.5 GSM Blend, Sans Liege “The Offering”, Santa Barbara 2015 12 6.5 Zinfandel, Seghesio Sonoma County 2016 12 6.5 Merlot, Makor “Westside”, Santa Barbara 2014 11 6 Petite Sirah, Aaron Wines, Paso Robles 2015 15 8.5 Bordeaux Blend, Markham Vineyards, Napa Valley 2015 15 8.5 Cabernet Sauvignon, Ancient Peaks, Paso Robles 2016 11 6 FEATURED RED WINE Seven Oxen, Mourvèdre, Paso Robles 2013 15/glass 8/half glass 58/bottle Seven Oxen’s award-winning Mourvèdre is the vineyard’s flagship wine. This wine is a true representation of the varietal, made unique by the complex characteristics of the vineyard’s natural environment. Notes of black pepper, licorice, leather and candied fruits are prominent with soft tannin. The full bodied flavors of the Mourvèdre are balanced with a touch of Grenache, giving this complex wine a subtle, round fruitiness. 03/18/19 o HALF BOTTLES SAKE Momokawa Unfiltered, Nigori (300ml) 16 o Yaegaki Black Label, Junmai (300ml) 18 Yaegaki Mu “Nothingness” Junmai-Daiginjyo, Himeji, Hyōgo, Japan (300ml) 30 SPARKLING Michele Chiarlo “Nivole” Moscato D’Asti, Italy 2017 24 Gruet Brut, New Mexico NV 28 Schramsberg Blanc de Blanc, Calistoga 2013 45 s Taittinger Brut La Francaise, Reims, Champagne, France NV 54 WHITE Frog’s Leap Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley 2017 28 o Billaud-Simon Chablis, Burgundy, France 2015 39 Tablas Creek “Esprit Blanc de Tablas” Paso Robles 2015 50 b RED Castoro Cellars Zinfandel, Paso Robles 2012 19 s Bonny Doon “Le Cigare Volant” Mourvèdre-Grenache-Syrah-Cinsault, Central Coast 2011 44 b Mt.
