MyPlate Food Truck Project & Rubric

Your team is to create a unique food truck that promotes healthy eating and follows MyPlate guidelines. Your food truck will have 2 signature dishes. Signature dishes must include 1 main dish and 2 side dishes. Use the check list below to ensure you include everything for your project.
