Whereas, the COVID-19 has been declared as pandemic by the World Health Organization and National Disaster Management Authority, being satisfied that the district is threatened with COVID-19 pandemic.

Whereas, it is evident that there has been an exponential surge in the COVID cases in the District Gurugram and necessary measures are to be ensured by District Administration to contain the spread of COVID-19 and also to ensure minimum collateral damage to the system. Whereas, in compliance of the State Disaster Management Authority Government of order no. DMC-SPO-2020/6642 dated 20.06.2021, in continuation of this office order no. 2395/MB dated 13.06.2021 and in exercise of the powers conferred

In me unde relevant provisions of the National Disaster Management Act, 2005, I, Dr. Yash Garg, IAS, Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chairperson, District Disaster Management Authority, Gurugram do hereby extend the Mahamari Alert-Surakshit Haryana' (HETHTRI dE - qilêT 5fRArun) for another one week, i.e. from 21.06.2021 (05:00 am onwards) to 28.06.2021 (till 05:00 am) in District Gurugram along with the enclosed guidelines to be followed during the period of lockdown in letter and spirit

However, the following relaxations are hereby provided in modification of the earlier order issued vide 2395/MB dated 13.06.2021:

1. All shops are allowed to open from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM. 2. Malls are allowed to open from 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM. 3. Restaurants and bars (including in hotels and in malls) are allowed to open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM with 50%h of the seating capacity and adopting requisite social distancing norms, regular sanitisation and Covid appropriate restaurants and fast food behavioural norms. Home delivery from hotels, joints is permitted upto 10:00 PM. 4. Religious places are allowed to open with 50 persons at one time with the condition that they follow requisite social distancing norms, regular sanitisation and Covid appropriate behavioural norms. attendance strict 5. Buses for public transport with 50% capacity will be allowed. d. Metro rail services will be allowed. e. Taxi (including auto rickshaws and cycle rickshaws) and services of cab aggregators will be allowed as follows.- Taxi and cab aggregator will be allowed to ply with a maximum of three passengers in addition to the driver. Auto/E-rickshaws are allowed to ply with two persons in addition to Auto/E-rickshaw driver. One pilion rider will be allowed on a two-wheeler and it shall be mandatory for both the persons to wear the helmets, masks and gloves, Manually driven rickshaws shall carry not more than two passangers All passenger movement by trains will be allowed.

16. Some other restricted/ permitted a. All educational, training, coaching institutions etc. shall remain closed. b. All cinema halls, shopping complexes, swimming pools, entertainment parks theatres, auditoriums, assembly halls and similar places shall remain closed All social/ political/ entertainment/ academic/ culturall religious functions/ other gatherings will be prohibited unless permitted specifically by the office of Deputy Commissioner or the concerned SDMs. d. Restaurants/ eating places, food joints (including those in malls) will remain open only for home delivery upto 10:00 PM. Road side dhabas/ food stalls including fruit stalls are allowed only to provide parcels or take away services. No person is allowed to stand there and consume food/ fruits. e. No gathering of more than 50 persons to be allowed, including for weddings cremations/funerals. . Weddings can take place other than home and Courts also with a maximum limit of 50 persons (No movement of'Barat procession is allowed) However, in containment zones, the activities allowed under these guidelines will not be permitted except home delivery of essential food/ milk/ration items.

17. Instructions for enforcement of above lockdown measures: 1 All the concerned authorities shall strictly enforce the National COVID-19 directives as specified in Annexure 1. Penalties prescribed shall be levied and collected from all persons and entities violating these directives. 1YC In order to implement these containment measures Concerned SDO(Civil) will be Incident Commanders and they shall be responsible for the overall AMISSSIo implementation and enforcement of these measures in their respective jurisdictions. All other line department officials i.e. concerned Executive Magistrates/ Police officials/ Iocal bodies in the specified area will work under the AM direction of the respective Incident Commanders. RUGR The incident Commanders will in particular ensure that all efforts for mobilization of resources, workers and material for augmentation and expansion of hospital infrastructure shall continue without any hindrance IV. These guidelines will come into force with effect from 21.06.2021 and will remain in force upto 28.06.2021.

18. For lockdown passes All the Industrial Units/ entrepreneurs/ concerns shall mandatory apply on Saralharyana portal (https://saralharayana.gov.in) by providing necessary details in order to generate requisite passes for the employees/ staff/ self.

19. Penal provisions Any person violating these lockdown measures will be proceeded against as per the provisions of Section 51 to 60 of the National Disaster Management Act, 2005, besides legal action under Sec. 188 of the IPC, and other legal provisions as applicable.
