DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION, GURUGRAM Order Date: 26 2011 Whereas, the COVID-19 has been declared as pandemic by the World Health Organization and National Disaster Management Authority, being satisfied that the district is threatened with COVID-19 pandemic. Whereas, it is evident that there has been an exponential surge in the COVID cases in the District Gurugram and necessary measures are to be ensured by District Administration to contain the spread of COVID-19 and also to ensure minimum collateral damage to the system. Whereas, in compliance of the State Disaster Management Authority Government of Haryana order no. DMC-SPO-2020/6642 dated 20.06.2021, in continuation of this office order no. 2395/MB dated 13.06.2021 and in exercise of the powers conferred In me unde relevant provisions of the National Disaster Management Act, 2005, I, Dr. Yash Garg, IAS, Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chairperson, District Disaster Management Authority, Gurugram do hereby extend the Mahamari Alert-Surakshit Haryana' (HETHTRI dE - qilêT 5fRArun) for another one week, i.e. from 21.06.2021 (05:00 am onwards) to 28.06.2021 (till 05:00 am) in District Gurugram along with the enclosed guidelines to be followed during the period of lockdown in letter and spirit However, the following relaxations are hereby provided in modification of the earlier order issued vide 2395/MB dated 13.06.2021: 1. All shops are allowed to open from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM. 2. Malls are allowed to open from 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM. 3. Restaurants and bars (including in hotels and in malls) are allowed to open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM with 50%h of the seating capacity and adopting requisite social distancing norms, regular sanitisation and Covid appropriate restaurants and fast food behavioural norms. Home delivery from hotels, joints is permitted upto 10:00 PM. 4. Religious places are allowed to open with 50 persons at one time with the condition that they follow requisite social distancing norms, regular sanitisation and Covid appropriate behavioural norms. attendance strict 5. Gatherings in Weddings, Funerals/Cremations are allowed upto 50 persons subject to strict observance of social distancing, Covid appropriate can take behavioural norms and regular sanitisation. Club houses/restaurants/bars of the Golf Courses are allowed to open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM with adherence to RUGRA 50% seating capacity requisite social distancing and other COVID-19 appropriate safety norms. Members/visitors shall be allowed to play in Golf Courses by the management in a staggered manner so as to avoid overcrowding. 9. Gyms are allowed to open from 06.00 AM to 08.00 PM with 50% capacity after adopting requisite social distancing norms, regular sanitisation and Covid appropriate behavioural norms to function. 10. All production units, establishments, Industries are permitted However they shall strictly adhere to Covid appropriate and prescribed guidelines, behavioural norms and social distancing activities to only for sports 11. Sports Complex, Stadia are permitted open contact sports (spectators will including for outdoor sports activities except shall ensure adherence of requisite not be allowed). Manufacturing units of drugs, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, medical textiles, URUGR sanitation materials, medical oxygen, their packing material, raw material and intermediates. i. Units engaged in construction of medical/ health Infrastructure Including manufacture of ambulances. i. Movement (Inter and Intra State, including by air) of all medical and veterinary personnel, scientists, nurses, para-medical staff, lab technicians, mid-wives and other hospital support services, including ambulances, people proceeding to the vaccination centres for vaccination. 4. Agriculture and related activities A. All agriculture and horticulture activities to remain fully functional such as i. Farming operations by farmers and farm workers in field. i. Agencies engaged in procurement of agriculture products, including MSP operations.
