The foundation National Anti Doping Agency of Germany (NADA Germany) is the relevant institution for clean . It promotes fairness, transpa- rency and equal opportunities for all athletes nationally and internationally. Its tasks comprise the implementation of a standardised testing program- me for Germany, execution of education and doping prevention measures, issuing Therapeutic Use Exemptions and answering medical inquiries, providing legal advice for federations and athletes, as well as international cooperati- on. NADA Germany essentially contributes to preserving value in sports.

In July 2002, NADA Germany was founded with a festive act in the Old City Hall of Bonn and was recognised by the foundation supervisory authority on the 21st of November in the same year. Since then, it has been pursuing its valuable mission and supports athletes who pursue their sport with integrity. As a non-profit foundation under public law, which has been institutionally supported since January 2020, NADA Germany is an independent body. NADA Germany opposes doping in sports nationally and internatio- nally alike. For the future of sport. For Germany as a sport nation. For clean athletes, for transparent success and honest results.
