There’s no written record of it, so it can’t be proven. But just the fact that people who have heard Keaggy were always willing to believe it shows just how good Keaggy and his group Glass Harp were – and still are.

Glass Harp recorded three albums for , plus a live con- cert, recorded at Carnegie Hall, in the early 1970s, and split up in 1973. But the group has reunited a few times, selling out venues to its devoted following.

Glass Harp – Phil Keaggy, bassist Dan Pecchio and drummer John Sferra– will reunite once more, on Saturday, November 1, 2008, this time as a fund-raiser for the non-profit music and education organization Roots of American Music. t R O A M ’s

This historic concert will take place at the Beachland Ballroom, as part of a benefit evening that will also feature a silent auction of many mu- sic-related items; and a VIP party in the Beachland Tavern, with a buffet dinner and live jazz music.
