Qualifying criteria

PhoenixMiles reviews the flight records in your account each day. If you reach the Levels Membership required mileage/flight segment threshold within a 12 consecutive month period (based on calendar months), you will be made a PhoenixMiles Elite member (or renew your Elite member status). You may use the benefits that come with your new membership status once you receive your new Elite card or e-card. Members must be at least 12 years old to be eligible for Elite membership.
