The respective petitions were heard and reserved conjunctively and shall be determined vide this common judgment. Factual context 2. The Act was promulgated post the Eighteenth Amendment to the Constitution and pursuant thereto clubs were required to collect / pay sales tax in respect of services being rendered to their members.
