As we have reached our last Soneri Roshni edition for the year, I am proud to reckon 2015 as another successful year for Soneri Bank. Our non-clichéd and unconventional approach grows stronger and continues to propel the bank’s brand image across all marketing spectrums. Our employees grow in their dedication and commitment which is evident in the internal productivity campaigns. Our business is on a continuing growth curve with a significant progress in the Car Finance portfolio. Soneri Car Finance has shown a 51% growth from December 2014 till August 2015 taking into account the tremendous 2nd Quarter performance that peaked at Rs.364.45 million in sales. The impact of our recent supportive Campaign launch of Car finance in September is yet to reap results as it’s the first time we are creating our market awareness in consumer finance. Marketing campaigns continue to be effective and on strategy raising Soneri Bank’s brand image which has resulted in invaluable customer engagement and top-of-the-mind brand recall. Soneri Mehnat Wasool launched Remittance 360 ATL campaigns consistently in the year capitalizing on Ramadan, Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha. Soneri Mehnat Wasool maintained a healthy business performance increase in monthly transactions with an incremental 30% growth from 2014 till today. The launch of Soneri Asaan Account reinforced our brand positioning of Roshan Har Qadam & clutter-breaking communication targeting our untapped market. This edition also covers the festivities of Independence Day that was carried out across the Soneri network whole heartedly. Soneri Bank congratulates and appreciates all the Sonerians who competed and celebrated with zeal and enthusiasm – reiterating the bank’s spirit and commitment to the nation’s unity and prosperity. Technological advancements continue to take place; collaborations with several top-of-the-line technological organizations have taken place this year to plummet the bank’s technological capacities. Organizations such as Inov8 and C-Square Consulting have been brought on board to upgrade mobile banking and centralized service systems. Soneri Bank has also 02 partnered with PTCL for embarking upon hosting the IT Data Centre Infrastructure for enhanced security and sustainability. Our management division has also carried out proactive measures pertaining to risk - curtailing setbacks at the face of contingencies that effect data, infrastructure and technology areas. Our digital pathway is consistently capturing the youth audience on all social media platforms to build our brand equity as a future banking customer. We are proud to announce that we trended on 2nd rank for hashtag# sonehrapakistan and have now strategized to sustain our presence on ground activities for further engagement. As per our department’s strategy we have carved a separate unit to sustain our digital presence and have also introduced Corporate Communications, keeping 03 the staff informed of all our ongoing activities from campaigns to public relation activities.
