Last month he and his team were awarded first prize for the People’s Favourite Restaurant Award and collected his trophy from Raymond Blanc in London. His pizzas are not just fabulous to eat, but his ingredients are ethically sourced. He has recently opened four eating houses across south Wales and last year returned from a charity pizza run to Sicily where he was embraced as an honorary Italian pizza chef! Phill married Debs last year, who now helps run this highly successful business whilst also being a full- time mother to five children. This award winning pizza company, Dusty Knuckle are coming back to the area for a one off charity fundraiser XMAS FAIR at Llanwrda Village School on November 24th from 1.30 – 5.30pm.
