Last Updated: 23 April 2021 NDPE Implementation Reporting Framework Olenex Edible Oils GmbH – Werk OMH Olenex has made significant improvements, which include transparently reporting progress on the implementation of various supply chain initiatives and activities. However, we also recognize there is a need for a clearer and consistent way to measure and communicate NDPE progress. Hence, since 2019, Olenex, through Wilmar, has actively participated in the NDPE Implementation Reporting Framework (IRF), which is led by Proforest. The IRF categorizes supplier mills into various pre-defined categories of progress, with a primary objective to evaluate the mills along the three respective pillars of Deforestation, Peat and Exploitation. The categorization process involves collection of data related to i. Certification status ii. Monitoring and verification systems iii. Grievances iv. Sourcing information v. Progress on own estates and third-party supply For more information on the NDPE Implementation Reporting Framework, please visit : https://ndpeirf.files.wordpress.com/2020/05/ndpe-irf_summary.pdf Deforestation progress at production level based on estimate of proportion of FFB from directly managed production. M.Hum University of Sumatera Utara, Department of Criminal Law, Faculty of Law, Jl. Universitas No. 4. Kampus USU, Medan 20155 ABSTRACT One of the behaviors that is a very dangerous social symptom in community is criminal act of narcotics. This narcotics crime is regulated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 35 of 2009. This narcotics crime in North Sumatra is increasing every year, especially in in Labuhan Batu Regency from 2013 to 2018. This research aim to explain the application of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 35 of 2009, and to overcome the constraints it is necessary to have a comprehensive system improvement how the police of Labuhan Batu Regency conducted legal counseling and positive activities in the community. However, the obstacles that occur in eradicating narcotics crimes in a criminology perspective, among others, are the limited police personnel, the breadth of work area, and the difficulty of support from the community. Moreover, the Labuhan Batu Regency area is so vast that it takes a large amount of money so that eradication is carried out completely to the source. In the meantime, the policy that has been implemented, among others, is that if the perpetrators are children, then their cases are handed back to their parents, and if their parents are gone then they are handed over to the rehabilitation center.

The geothermal manifestations are only hot springs (Kepanasan, Gunung Sahilan, Sungai Pinang, Pandan Sejahtera, and Bandar Jaya). The temperatures are about 46.8-64.5oC with neutral pH. In general the structure of the area followed the pattern of regional structure of Sumatera island trending northwest-southeast and the lithology of the area dominated of sedimentary rocks and alluvial. All of them are bicarbonate type and immature waters but only Kepanasan hot springs reached partially equilibrium. The temperature of geothermal reservoir is about 138oC (Kepanasan), 90oC (Gunung Sahilan), 83oC (Sungai Pinang), and . 100oC (Geragai), These areas are classified into low to medium temperature. 1. INTRODUCTION Geothermal areas in Indonesia are associated with various type of geological environments and of course consequently having various type of systems. By December 2017, about 342 geothermal locations have been identified, where Sumatera has 98 geothermal areas, resources of 6651 MWe, reserves of 6912 MWe, and installed of 452 MWe (Center for Mineral, Coal, and Geothermal Resources, 2017).
