Employment History Over 20 years experience in Recreation Management to include Stan Stronge Pool (for people with Disabilities); Vancouver Park Board and Canadian Memorial Centre.

Executive Director – SportAbility BC / Cerebral Palsy Association of BC since 1986. SportAbility is a multi multi disability Association including Paralympics sports of , 7 a side, Para-cycling and Sledge and Powersoccer.

Volunteer History BC Sports and Fitness Council for the Disabled – founding president and member 1981 – 2000. Sport BC – Provincial Sport Organization Council 2004 - 2010

Canadian CP Sport –  Sports Technical – Domestic Development Chair 1994 - June 2002  Founding member and director from 1982 -1987, 1990 -1994  Founding Member of the CCPSA Sports Hall of Fame.

Cerebral Palsy International Sports and Recreation Association  1999 Appointed Sports Technical Secretary and then in 2000 interim chair of the committee. Responsible for the classification database, committee communication, classification education, sport specific classification development, sanctioning and policy development.  Lead Classification Committee in developing a Classification training manual and course conductor guideline to standardize classification training. Have presented several CPISRA Classification Courses. Produced a classification video (funded by Canadian CP Sports) to accompany the manual. Developed an on-line classification education programme for classification theory Level 1 Introduction to Classification. Completed Level 2 training course in April 2013.  Appointed Interim Sport Technical Chair in 2003 and elected Sports Technical Chair in 2004 and remained in position when the position changed to Chief Classifier in 2006- 2008.  Represented CPISRA as Chief Technical Officer on the IPC Sports Assembly from 2002 – 2005  CPISRA Chief Classifier for 2004 Athens Paralympics and 2008 Beijing Paralympics served as Chief Classifier for Football 7 a side and classification panel member for Boccia.

BISFED – accredited technical classifier 2013 FIPFA – accredited classifier since 2009 and member of classification committee

International Paralympic Committee  2005 appointed as a member of the IPC Classification Code Working Group  Vista Conference 2006 – participated as a member of the organizing committee  2007 – 2010 member of the IPC Classification Committee  Presented IPC Classification Code seminars at conferences and national seminars- NPC Russia, NPC Norway, Asia Disability Research and classification conference Asian Paralympic Committee, VANOC. 2008 to 2010  Russian Federation NPC Paralympic week  Vista 2009- A member of the organizing committee  Vista 2013 – attended the conference
