MARINA GREGORIĆ, v. pred. ČAKOVEC, 2019. SAŽETAK Suvremeni turizam, kao i turiste, karakterizira sve veća orijentiranost specifičnim oblicima turizma. Uz već u Hrvatskoj razvijeni ljetni turizam i turističke destinacije na Jadranskoj obali, javlja se potreba za diverzifikacijom same turističke ponude. Ta se prilika pokušava iskoristiti na destinacijama na kojima je do sada slabije ili nije nikako iskorišten njihov turistički potencijal. Gastronomija te prirodne i kulturne ljepote privlačne su mnogim turistima, no u sve većoj konkurenciji turističkih destinacija ta ponuda više nije dovoljna. Turizam događaja isprofilirao kao spona kojom je sveukupna ponuda zaokružena u povezanu cjelinu. Uz poznate svjetske događaje kao što su Olimpijske igre, svjetska prvenstva, vjerske i slične manifestacije, neizostavne su i tradicionalne manifestacije sa svojim proslavama u gradovima mnogih država. Republika Hrvatska kao zemlja poznata po svojim prirodnim ljepotama te bogatstvu tradicijskih običaja morala se tome prilagoditi. Razvojem i njegovanjem tradicijskih manifestacija postala je jedna od neizostavnih turističkih destinacija. Unazad nekoliko godina jedan od najistaknutijih tradicionalnih događaja u Hrvatskoj je proslava adventa. Grad Zagreb sa svojom bogatom poviješću i turističkom ponudom ima dugu tradiciju obilježavanja adventa, ali je u novije vrijeme ulaganjem u turističku ponudu te osmišljavanjem zabavnih sadržaja i uređenjem ugostiteljskih objekata predstavljen kao jedna od najljepših i najpoželjnijih turističkih destinacija. Njegova brza i neočekivana ekspanzija i posjećenost svrstala je Zagreb na mapu jednog od najposjećenijih gradova toga tipa u Europi. Kako bi se ovi pozitivni trendovi potkrijepili adekvatnim činjenicama, pri pisanju ovoga rada korištene su različite metode istraživanja. Povijesna metoda istraživanja za koju su podaci preuzeti iz stručne literature, članaka te pouzdanih internetskih izvora, metoda analize i sinteze te kvantitativna metoda putem distribucije anketnih upitnika internetom i osobnim putem ispitanicima. Sve s ciljem stjecanja što boljega uvida u važnost adventa kao glavne turističke manifestacije grada Zagreba, te utjecaj manifestacije adventa na njegovu cjelokupnu turističku ponudu. UVOD Turizam je industrija koja svakodnevno doživljava mnogobrojne promjene. Kako bi se prilagodila sve većim promjenama trendova, tj. globalizacije i promjenama u turističkoj potražnji, turistička destinacija mora konstantno ulagati u razvoj svoje turističke ponude. Kako bi se taj razvoj i ostvario, potrebno je kreirati turističku ponudu koja se razlikuje od ponude drugih destinacija kako po svojoj univerzalnosti tako i po svojoj jedinstvenosti. Jedan od gradova u Republici Hrvatskoj koji se po raznolikosti ponude posebno ističe je grad Zagreb. U novije su vrijeme uloženi veliki napori u razvijanje cjelogodišnje turističke ponude kako bi grad Zagreb postao prepoznatljiva turistička destinacija u svijetu. Upravo iz tog razloga osmišljavanje novih te razrada i poboljšanje postojećih turističkih događaja služi privlačenju turista i produženju njihovog boravka na jednom mjestu. Uz to što je glavni grad Republike Hrvatske, Zagreb se ističe brojnim kulturnim i manifestacijskim privlačnostima zbog kojih je neizostavna turistička destinacija mnogih putnika i posjetitelja. Jedna od istaknutijih i najpoznatijih turističkih manifestacija je Advent u Zagrebu, a ujedno i glavna tema ovog rada. Završni je rad podijeljen na nekoliko dijelova u kojima će biti prikazana manifestacija Advent u Zagrebu kao važan dio turističke ponude grada Zagreba, te njegov utjecaj na cjelokupnu turističku ponudu grada. 1.1. Definiranje problema istraživanja Glavni problem istraživanja je ispitati sadašnju turističku ponudu grada Zagreba i utvrditi koliki je utjecaj manifestacije Adventa na sveukupnu turističku ponudu, saznati stavove turista o gradu i njegovoj turističkoj ponudi i manifestaciji Adventa te ispitati stavove o sveukupnom zadovoljstvu posjetitelja Adventa u Zagrebu. 1.2. Predmet i cilj rada Glavni predmet i cilj ovoga rada je utvrditi utjecaj manifestacije Adventa na turističku ponudu grada Zagreba. Isto tako pomoću rezultata istraživanja prikazati stavove građana i posjetitelja o turističkoj manifestaciji Advent u Zagrebu te turističkoj ponudi grada Zagreba u cijelosti. Međimursko Veleučilište u Čakovcu 5 Josip Moric Advent kao dio turističke ponude grada Zagreba 1.3. Struktura rada Završni je rad podijeljen u nekoliko cjelina. U uvodnom dijelu rada prikazano je teorijsko definiranje turizma te manifestacijski turizam kao specifični oblik turizma. U drugom dijelu prikazan je povijesni i turistički razvoj grada Zagreba, s posebnim naglaskom na sadašnju turističku ponudu grada. Glavni dio rada posvećen je razvoju tradicije Adventa u Zagrebu, sadašnjem koncept Adventa u Zagrebu kao jednoj od najposjećenijih turističkih manifestacija u Republici Hrvatskoj, utjecaj manifestacije Adventa na turističku bilancu grada te SWOT analizu gdje će biti prikazane sve sadašnje pozitivne karakteristike

An overview of existing shades of the mountain Medvednica near Zagreb, Croatia is given. Possibilities in modifying analytical shades and results in aesthetic dimension and perception of the relief are explored. INTRODUCTION Only few capital cities have the advantage of being so close to nature parks like Zagreb to the Medvednica Mountain does. Medvednica's base can be easily reached from different areas of Zagreb by tram or bus, so citizens are traditionally oriented to Medvednica. They are passionate mountaineers; there are 47 mountaineering associations, as well as 8 mountain tenements on Medvednica [URL 1]. They are also very keen on sports: Zagreb organised the FIS World CUP race "Snow Queen Trophy 2006" which gathered around 20 000 spectators. Knowing all that, we can conclude that no Croatian mountain has so many cartographic representations like Medvednica does. We picked three maps for illustration from a variety of existing maps of Medvednica (Fig. 1, 2 and 3).     PROGRAM JAVNIH POTREBA U SPORTU GRADA ZAGREBA ZA 2021. Zagreb, travanj 2021. Na temelju članka 76. stavka 4. Zakona o sportu (Narodne novine 71/06, 150/08, 124/10, 124/11, 86/12, 94/13, 85/15, 19/16 - ispr., 98/19, 47/20 i 77/20) i članka 41. točke 6. Statuta Grada Zagreba (Službeni glasnik Grada Zagreba 23/16, 2/18, 23/18 i 3/20), Gradska skupština Grada Zagreba, na 38. sjednici, 8. prosinca 2020., donijela je PROGRAM javnih potreba u sportu Grada Zagreba za 2021. I. UVOD Sportski savez Grada Zagreba (u daljnjem tekstu: SSGZ) sukladno članku 48. Zakona o sportu, predlagač je Programa javnih potreba u sportu Grada Zagreba, koji preko Gradskog ureda za sport i mlade gradonačelnik Grada Zagreba upućuje Gradskoj skupštini Grada Zagreba na donošenje. Ustavom Republike Hrvatske utvrđena je obveza države da potiče skrb o sportu. Stoga Grad Zagreb sredstvima iz godišnjeg proračuna sufinancira sportsku djelatnost, a Programom javnih potreba u sportu Grad Zagreb iskazuje svoje opredjeljenje u ovoj djelatnosti. Člankom 48. stavkom 3. Zakona o sportu, djelatnost sportskih zajednica u vezi je sa: - usklađivanjem aktivnosti svojih članova - poticanjem i promicanjem sporta u skladu s Nacionalnim programom sporta, osobito djece, mladeži, studenata i osoba s invaliditetom - objedinjavanjem i usklađivanjem programa sporta te predlaganjem Programa javnih potreba u sportu i sudjelovanjem u njegovu ostvarivanju - skrbi o kategoriziranim sportašima - stvaranjem uvjeta za njihove pripreme na olimpijskim igrama, svjetskim i europskim prvenstvima te drugim međunarodnim natjecanjima, u suradnji u ostvarivanju programa s Hrvatskim olimpijskim odborom, odnosno Hrvatskim paraolimpijskim odborom i Hrvatskim sportskim savezom gluhih - promicanjem stručnog rada u sportu - sudjelovanjem u skrbi o javnim sportskim građevinama.
