INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF SCIENTIFIC & TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH VOLUME 8, ISSUE 03, MARCH 2019 ISSN 2277-8616 Mapping Of Regional Inequality In East Java Province Duwi Yunitasari, Jejeet Zakaria Firmansayah Abstract: The research objective was to map the inequality between regions in 5 (five) Regional Coordination Areas (Bakorwil) of East Java Province. The research data uses secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and related institutions in each region of the Regional Office in East Java Province. The analysis used in this study is the Klassen Typology using time series data for 2010-2016. The results of the analysis show that: a. based on Typology Klassen Bakorwil I from ten districts / cities there are eight districts / cities that are in relatively disadvantaged areas; b. based on the typology of Klassen Bakorwil II from eight districts / cities there are four districts / cities that are in relatively disadvantaged areas; c. based on the typology of Klassen Bakorwil III from nine districts / cities there are three districts / cities that are in relatively lagging regions; d. based on the Typology of Klassen Bakorwil IV from 4 districts / cities there are three districts / cities that are in relatively lagging regions; and e. based on the Typology of Klassen Bakorwil V from seven districts / cities there are five districts / cities that are in relatively disadvantaged areas. Food crop agriculture is the main source for people in Lamongan Regency. As a large community working in this primary sector and doing business in it. Land area, labor, and rainfall are the main capital of this sector, can be done by looking at changes in food crop agricultural productivity in Lamongan Regency. This study looks at the large level of technical efficiency using DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) using the DEA Max sofeware requiring oriented output in 2010-2017. The estimation results of Lamongan Regency efficiency occurred in 2010, 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2016, while in 2011, 2013 and 2017 there was inefficiency. Keywords: Land area, Labor, Rainfall, productivity and business. 1 Introduction Indonesia is an area where as a large population livelihoods as farmers, so-called as an agricultural country. One of the agricultural areas that has become a rice barn in Indonesia is East Java province. Lamongan Regency is one of the 29 Regencies in East Java Province where most of its territory is dominated by agricultural land and the majority of its population are farmers. The agricultural area of Lamongan Regency is not only planted with rice, corn and others as superior crops, but there are planted crops that are needed throughout the year, especially food crops. Food crop agriculture is the main production requirement of the people of Lamongan Regency as a result of productivity. -

This study aims to determine the planning and development strategy of fishery product processing business based on pesantren at Situbondo Regency. The method used in determining the strategy is SWOT and QSPM methods. The results showed that alternative strategies based on the priority scale included (1) improving the quality of pesantren human resources, (2) improving the system and management of pesantren organization, (3) managing the market potential of pesantren, (4) developing the system of fishery product processing business is professionally, (5) developing the fishery processed products is superior based on pesantren, (6) strengthing the character and adaptability of pesantren, (7) improving the institutional performance of pesantren, (8) Building the cooperation access, (9) developing the system of sustainable fishery product processing business. The data in Figure 1 are high school level in the East Java Province from 2015-2016, 2016- from Balitbang [4], [5], [6]. 2017, and 2017-2018. The chemistry exam consists of Basic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Physical Chemistry. In the 2015/2016 school year, chemistry exam was compulsory for students who program science while starting the 2016/2017 academic year until 2017/2018 chemistry examination as a test for students who choose chemistry specialization. This test has an impact on the number of students taking chemistry test subjects, the number of students taking the National Examination in the Chemistry test in the 2015/2016, 2016/2017, and 2017/2018 academic years respectively, at 107345, 15600 and 22367 students. From the national Examination results data reported by Puspendik for East Java Province, an average score of National Examination scores of five chemistry test subjects with an up and downtrend in the range of 48.90 to 64.71 was obtained. Goris, Denpasar, Bali 80232 Indonesia Abstract Lamongan regency is a region with many cultural heritage and is also a path of spreading Islam by Walisongo and Sunan in East Java, this makes Lamongan regency famous for its religious tourism, but besides that there is one new alternative tourist destination that is Tourism Village Sendang Duwur. This tourist village has various types of tourism potentials that have not been explored optimally, so it still needs to explore the potential so that it can create new tourism products that are relevant to their potential. This study aims to explore the tourism potential in Sendang Duwur Tourism Village, as well as create new tourism products relevant to the available tourism potential. The types of data used qualitative data and quantitative data, with data collection conducted by observation, documentation, literature study and in-depth interviews. Data analysis used is data analysis of flow model consisting of three stages (data reduction, data display, and data verification) by using concept of tourism potency and tourism component concept. The results of this study indicate that in general the Village Tour Sendang Duwur has three types of tourism potential namely the potential of natural tourism, cultural tourism potential, and the potential of man-made tourism, where this potential has not been explored to the fullest.
