1 First read this prospectus carefully. If you have any questions, please contact the International Admissions Centre. 2 Complete the Application for Admission provided at the back of this brochure. 3 Attach certifi ed copies of school reports from your last two years; include any forecast or preliminary results and any offi cial examination certifi cates, and evidence of your English language profi ciency (for example your IELTS or TOEFL results). Please ensure that certifi ed translations accompany documents that are not in English. Copies can be certifi ed by: ● An Australian Diplomatic Mission ● A Justice of the Peace ● An authorised Taylors College representative ● The offi cial records department of the institute that originally issued the document. 4 Send the Application for Admission and certifi ed copies of your school reports, examination certifi cates and IELTS or TOEFL reports to the International Admissions Centre. 5 Your application will be acknowledged promptly and you will be notifi ed immediately if your application is accepted. 6 In order to accept the offer of a place it will be necessary to obtain a bankdraft made payable to the University of Sydney Foundation Program or alternatively pay by bank transfer or credit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express) for the amount specifi ed for the offered intake. Send payment details or bank draft to the International Admissions Centre. Taylors College will issue a Confi rmation of Enrolment form which must be presented to an Australian Diplomatic Mission when applying for a student visa.

Package Program Offer Students can obtain a Conditional Letter of Offer for both the University of Sydney Foundation Program (USFP) and the University of Sydney undergraduate program. This will enable students to apply for a visa for the duration of the full package program. If you will be under 18 years of age at the commencement of your university course, you will be required to complete the Under 18 form for the university before an electronic Conﬁ rmation of Enrolment (eCOE) can be issued. Please contact the International Admissions Centre or Taylors College to facilitate your Conditional Offer and Conﬁ rmation of Enrolment.
