This Regulation is made under the Conveyancing Act 1919, including sections 23J and 202 (the general power to make regulations). r01-410-p01.843 Page 1 NEW SOUTH WALES GOVERNMENT GAZETTE No. 190 9836 LEGISLATION 14 December 2001 Clause 1 Conveyancing (General) Amendment (Information on Plans) Regulation 2001 Conveyancing (General) Amendment (Information on Plans) Regulation 2001 1 Name of Regulation This Regulation is the Conveyancing (General) Amendment (Information on Plans) Regulation 2001. 2 Amendment of Conveyancing (General) Regulation 1998 The Conveyancing (General) Regulation 1998 is amended by inserting after clause 17 (2): (3) In the case of a plan of subdivision for lease purposes (within the meaning of Division 3C of Part 2 of the Act), the plan must be endorsed by a subdivision certificate that states that the plan is a plan of subdivision for forestry lease purposes.
