Ingredients: Heat half the oil in a small saucepan ½ cup unsalted roasted peanuts over medium heat. Cook the garlic 1 tablespoon peanut oil and chilli, stirring, until aromatic. Add 2 garlic clove, finely chopped the peanuts, water, coconut milk and 1 long fresh red chilli, halved, hoisin sauce. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring, until the deseeded, finely chopped sauce thickens. Set aside to cool. 250ml (1 cup) water 2. Heat the remaining oil in a medium 80ml (1/3 cup) coconut milk frying pan. Cook the paneer for a 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce few minutes. Stir in the soy sauce and 200gms paneer, 5 thick slices sugar. Set aside to cool. 1 carrot, peeled, cut into matchsticks 3.
