RONGOTAI COLLEGE GOLFGOLF A ACCADEMYADEMY Golf Academy Fee: $1,000 per term (in addition to Tuition Fee) Rongotai College in association with The Miramar Golf Club offer an academy programme for both beginners and advanced golf players.
The Miramar Golf Club has been on its present site since 1908 and has become a championship golf course close to Wellington City. It enjoys the reputation as the premier private golf club in Wellington. The course offers a tough test of golf with a New Zealand slope rating of 124. Miramar Golf Club has over the years held the New Zealand Open and Amateur events in both Mens and Ladies and recently held the North Island Under 19 championship. The clubrooms are open seven days a week with panoramic views over the course.

Golf Academy Structure:
1. Golf coaching during the school day with a coach for one hour a week. This coaching uses Flightscope for golf swing tracking.
2. Membership to Miramar Golf Club. This includes unlimited play at Miramar club, club tournaments, inter-club and regional competitions. (dependent on personal golf levels)
3. Weekly goal setting and progress charting.
