Notes: 1. Assumption Parties with respect to agreements listed individually on this Schedule 10.2(a) will receive notice of such proposed treatment, along with a Proposed Cure amount for prepetition debt (which may be zero dollars). Debtors intend to pay postpetition amounts in the ordinary course of business, and acceptance of the Proposed Cure amount for prepetition debt will not affect the Assumption Party’s rights with respect to postpetition debt. 2. Except as otherwise indicated hereon, the Assumption Effective Date shall be the Effective Date. 3. The listing of any contract or lease on this Schedule is not an admission that such contract or lease is an executory contract or unexpired lease. 4. The Debtors reserve the right to amend this Schedule (and the amount of any Proposed Cure) as permitted by the Plan. 5. Each executory contract and unexpired lease assumed pursuant to the Plan includes all modifications, amendments, addenda, exhibits and supplements that affect such contract or lease. 6. If a contract or lease is listed on Schedule 10.2(b) (as rejected), then that designation of the contract or lease shall control over any listing of the contract on Schedule 10.2(a) or the inclusion of such contract in one of the categories below, and the contract shall be considered rejected. 7. Insurance Plans, Letters of Credit, Surety Bonds and Workers’ Compensation Plans are addressed in Section 10.3(a) of the Plan and thus are not included on this Schedule. 8. Not only do businesses located in the State rely on the commercial airline industry to support day-to-day activities, but Idaho’s tourist industry is heavily reliant on commercial airline service. There is no national standard for what constitutes good or even acceptable airline service; such standards vary considerably by community. However, convenient access to the national air transportation system is a top priority for many businesses and tourists across the U.S. It is important that Idaho’s major population, business, and tourism centers have commercial airline service to meet their needs. All areas in Idaho have some inherent need or demand for commercial airline service. The volume of this demand is determined by factors such as population, employment, income, and tourism. Where each community’s demand for commercial airline service is actually served is a more complex equation. In the deregulated airline environment, it is not uncommon to find travelers who leave the market area of their local commercial service airport to drive two to three hours to a more distant, larger competing airport. The airport that travelers choose for their commercial airline trips is influenced by a myriad of factors. With the help of the Internet, which is rapidly becoming the number one method for airline ticket purchases, travelers can compare fares, airlines, and schedules among several competing airports. With airline deregulation, some travelers from smaller commercial airport markets around the U.S. have abandoned air travel from their local airport in favor of beginning their trips from larger, more distant airports.

However, in the end Airlines make their decisions based on profitability and they are ultimately in control. Air service is directly tied to the economy and how many people are flying. Air service is also driven by the amount of utilization of existing flights and individual airline business models. All these factors combine to reflect a continuous volatile airline industry. After safety and security, Air Service Development is a high priority for the Airport. We strive to be responsive to the community travel needs in both business and leisure routes.     Boise Airport 14 CFR Part 150 Study Update Updated Noise Exposure Maps and Noise Compatibility Program Prepared for: CITY OF BOISE Prepared by: HNTB Corporation CSHQA Wyle Laboratories Synergy Consulting JULY 2004 (EXECUTIVE SUMMARY ADDED SEPTEMBER 2006) Boise Airport - Part 150 Study Update Executive Summary The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has approved the updated noise exposure maps and the noise compatibility program (NCP). The NCP is intended to reduce the impact of aircraft noise on people who live and work near Boise Airport. The Airport, owned and operated by the City of Boise, is the busiest air terminal in Idaho, serving 3.0 million passengers a year. In 2004, Boise Airport completed an update to its Part 150 aircraft noise and land use compatibility program. The two central elements of the Part 150 Study Update are: • Noise Exposure Maps, showing existing (2004) and forecast (2009) noise exposure levels due to aircraft operations at Boise Airport. • Noise Compatibility Program, or NCP, which including noise abatement, land use, and continuing program measures to improve aircraft noise and land use compatibility. The study presents current and future land uses in communities around the Airport and assesses the compatibility of that land use with the current and probable future noise levels. The study uses this assessment to formulate a realistic plan of land use and noise abatement measures, as outlined in the NCP, to reduce noise and its impact on people. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) accepted the Noise Exposure Maps in August 2005. Then in February 2006, the FAA approved many of the elements of the comprehensive Noise Compatibility Program, which consists of 30 measures that were approved in whole or in part.

Boise Airport Director FEBRUARY 6, 2020 January Runway Closures • Outside of snow removal, there were no runway closures in January Scheduled Closures: • February 4: 10R/28L 10:00am – Noon FAA tech ops work, routine maintenance Instrument Landing System (ILS) • Pilots will use cockpit instruments to track ground-based signals laterally and vertically that will guide the aircraft to the runway centerline • Below 1000’ feet horizontal visibility, aircraft must be capable of “auto- landing” • RWY 10R has a “CAT IIIc” ILS that is capable of guiding aircraft to the runway in near zero’ visibility conditions • Pilot qualifications and aircraft equipment may dictate higher minimums Surface Movement Guidance Control System (SMGCS) • Once on the runway, aircraft must rely on specific ground procedures and Air Traffic Control (ATC) instructions to guide aircraft to the gate • SMGCS is a plan that provides a set of agreed upon procedures by the airport, ATC, and FAA on how to safely move aircraft and vehicles on the ground during low visibility conditions • SMGCS procedures are in effect at BOI when visibility is between ¼ mile Photo Credit: Gerald Howard and 300’ SMGCS at BOI • In 2017, Boise Airport was certified by the FAA to operate in 300’ visibility conditions with non- standard airfield infrastructure • BOI is among only a handful of airports with that certification • During SMGCS: • Aircraft movements are highly controlled • Airport Operations provides “Follow- Me” escorts to aircraft upon request • Airfield access is restricted Awarded Bids • C8-A Passenger Boarding Bridge • Awarded to Scott Hedrick Construction, Inc.

Director’s Report: Ms. Hupp showed slides of Operations Update – BOI accommodated charters for the Idaho Potato Bowl and three charter to take fans and athletes to the Las Vegas Bowl. Two snow storms between December 22-25 brought in 7.5” of snow. Airport Ops, maintenance and custodial teams worked through Christmas to keep the airport open. December Runway Closures – There were a few closures for lighting repair and maintenance and snow removal. No scheduled runway closures in January. Gowen Field Not Selected as Primary F-35 basing location – National Guard bases in Alabama and Wisconsin were selected. Small Community Air Service Development Grant Expired – Grant was awarded in 2014. Updated Baggage System Now Live – went live in late December, we are monitoring results and making changes as necessary, approximately $9.5 million project and took nearly 20 months to complete construction.
