WIN A WEEKENDER PROMOTION SUNDAY, JUNE 30 - SUNDAY, JULY 14 FAQS

Q: How long is the Win A Weekender promotion running in paper? A: The competition commences on Sunday, June 30 at 12:00am AEST and concludes on Sunday, July 14 2018 at 11:59pm AEST. All code words must be entered online prior to the competition close and date time.

Q: When will the Win A Weekender prizes be drawn? A: The prize draws will take place on 17/07/2018 at 9:00am AEST by Engage Australia, Level 8, 56 Clarence St, Sydney NSW 2000. The winners will be drawn by Engage Australia by random computer selection.

Q: When will I receive my Win A Weekender Prize? A: On confirmation of the promotion winners, Ingenia Holidays and Dometic will distribute the prizes within 15 working days. In regards to the recreational vehicles, AVIDA will liaise directly with the winners; a delivery date will be directly agreed at that time, as the winner may require customisation the vehicle will not be manufactured until preferred layout and design are mutually agreed.

Q: Do I need a driver’s licence to claim my recreational vehicle? A: The winner or a person nominated by the winner, must have a driver license and if required (i.e. for the caravan) a legal and compliant tow vehicle. The promoter will advise in advance of the requirements of collection.

Q: Are the recreational vehicles already registered? A: Winners are responsible for the Motorhome and Caravan vehicle registration and insurance before collecting these prizes. The prize provider will assist with this process and provide in advance the details required to legally achieve registration and insurance plus any other legal requirements the must be satisfied.

Q: How long are the $1,000 Ingenia Holidays vouchers valid? A: Ingenia Holidays Vouchers are valid until 30 June 2020. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.

Q: What can I use the $1,000 Ingenia Holidays voucher for? A: This voucher is for accommodation only and cannot be exchanged for cash or used with any other discount offer.
