Jaya Naresh has filed 2nd appeal dated 06-03-2020 which was received by this Commission on 11-03-2020 for not getting the information sought by him from the Public Information Officer/ O/o the Mandal Revenue Officer, Ramannapet Mandal , Yadadri District and the First Appellate Authority/ O/o the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ramannapet Mandal , Yadadri District. The brief facts of this case as per the appeal and other records received along with it are that the appellant herein filed an application dated.23-12-2019 before the Public Information Officer requesting to furnish the information under Sec. 6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points mentioned: TSIC The Public Information Officer vide Endorsement No. H/181/2020 Dated 19-02- 2020 furnished reply to the Appellant. Stating that he is not satisfied with the reply received from the Public Information Officer, the appellant filed 1st appeal dated.03-02-2020 before the First Appellate Authority U/s. 19 (1) of the RTI Act, 2005 requesting him to furnish the information sought by him. As per the records, the First Appellate Authority has not taken action to hear the appeal and to pass orders. Having not received the sought information from the Public Information Officer /the First Appellate Authority, the appellant preferred this 2nd appeal before this Commission U/s. 19(3) of the RTI Act, 2005 requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him. In view of the spread of Covid-19 Pandemic, the case is heard over phone on 01-06-2021 with prior intimation to the concerned parties. The appellant Sri JAYANARESH CHINTHAKAYALA responded to the phone call and Sri Ibrahim Mohammed/Deputy Tahsildar/ Public Information Officer, / O/o the Mandal Revenue Officer, Ramannapet Village & Mandal, Yadadri District has also responded to the phone call. Heard both parties. The Public Information Officer submitted that vide Endorsement No.H/181/2020 dt.19-02-2020, available information was furnished to the appellant. The appellant has submitted that incomplete information was furnished to him by the Public Information Officer. Since the appellant is not satisfied with the information furnished by the Public Information Officer, the Commission directs Public Information Officer to invite the appellant for personal inspection of records on 15-06-2021 to enable him to obtain the required information as sought in the 6(1) application, by giving an advance intimation to the complainant in writing for inspection of the record and to report compliance to the Commission.
