This applies to situations where the activity requires a shorter distance.  Shared work space must be cleaned between users.  Increase ventilation with outdoor air to the greatest extent possible.  Provide for hand hygiene either with hand sanitizer or hand washing area.  Allow a space for masks breaks especially in hot humid conditions and encourage your members to keep hydrated (preferably water).  Meetings are limited to up to 36 youth with 2 to 8 ratio of adults to youth as per 4-H Risk Management policies (this depends on the age of the youth & the risk involved with the activity).  Food and or snacks may be served and passed out by an individual, but buffet/self serve is not allowed.  No longer a 90 minutes maximum meeting time.  All other guidelines still apply including a meeting plan filed with the office and health screening done etc. 4-H Volunteer Meeting Tuesday, July 6th at 6pm
