Forward Juiliane Jubinville is another newcomer that is expected to perform well and find the back of the net for the Bulldogs. Jubinville, who last season played for the Edmonton Chimos, is a natural playmaker and has great hands. Also joining UMD from Edmonton will be defenseman Jill Sales . Sales is a strong skater and has a huge presence on the ice. The Minnesota roots run deep on the front line for UMD as they add three forwards with ties to the state. Allison Lehrke helped Bloomington Jefferson Hi gh School to a state championship in 2001 and then took a year off before signing with UMD. Lehrke will bring speed and great offensive abilities to the lineup. Sophomore Krista McArthur was the Bulldogs top scoring defenseman and was named to the WCHA First team and W CHA All-Rookie team in 2002-2003. Junior Larissa Luther will also be a key defensive player this season. Luther, who missed the first half of last season, switched to defense after spending most of her playing time at forward. Also returning to add to the experience level at the blue line will be senior Satu Kilpel i and junior Julianne Vasichek .
