    ANALYSE DE PRESSE DE 14H00 2012/04/12 LE CCFA, LA CSIAM ET LE CNPA CONTESTENT LES ANALYSES DE L’ADLC RELATIVES À L’APRÈS-VENTE AUTOMOBILE L’Autorité de la concurrence (ADLC) a présenté le 11 avril les résultats de l’enquête sectorielle sur le fonctionnement de la concurrence sur le marché français de l’après-vente qu’elle avait ouverte en juillet dernier après avoir constaté « une hausse significative du prix des pièces détachées et des prestations de réparation et d’entretien des véhicules ». Il s’agit d’un diagnostic provisoire. Constructeurs d’automobiles, équipementiers, assureurs, réparateurs agréés et indépendants, ou encore associations de consommateurs peuvent à présent envoyer leurs contributions jusqu’au 24 mai et l’ADLC publiera ses conclusions en juillet. « La concurrence sur le secteur de l’après-vente est déjà réelle et intense », répondent le CCFA (Comité des constructeurs français d’automobiles), la Csiam (Chambre syndicale internationale de l’automobile et du motocycle) et le CNPA (Conseil national des professions de l’automobile) dans un communiqué commun. Pour les constructeurs et les concessionnaires, une libéralisation du marché « porterait un coup terrible à la compétitivité de l’industrie française, à l’attractivité et à l’emploi dans la filière en France », sachant que 71 % des pièces de carrosserie de PSA Peugeot Citroën et Renault sont produites en France. Les constructeurs français estiment notamment qu’elle entraînerait une perte de 40 % de leur chiffre d’affaires en pièces de carrosserie, conduisant à un risque de baisse d’investissements en R&D et à une suppression des effectifs.
