Step Rideau and the Zydeco Outlaws have been a cornerstone of the Houston Zydeco scene for over 15 years. The Lost Bayou Ramblers have a vast reper- toire of early dancehall tunes, pre-century tunes, Cajun swing, and original songs. Terry and The Zydeco Bad Boys are a young and ener- getic band with an expanding “Nouveaux Zydeco presence. Great Cajun cuisine prepared by chef Michael Richard .
