3. Supplemental Recruitment Initiatives.

Once a month Entercom Charlotte airs recruitment advertisements on all On –Air EEO Policy and Periodically Entercom stations, seeking applicants across all departments. Advertisements inform the Business Manager 1 invitation to receive job throughout the Charlotte Charlotte Metro Area of Entercom’s EEO policy and invite all organizations to openings year be a part of our recruitment process.

Periodically Managers are trained regarding EEO compliance rules, and are given forms Entercom Business Manager 2 Manager EEO Training throughout the and policy memos. All department heads are expected to adhere to the EEO Charlotte year rules and complete all necessary EEO paperwork for each new hire.

Engineering Internship for Winter Program. Business Manager Entercom Charlotte once again offered an internship program at our stations. Business Assistant Interns must be college students and receive college credit for the internship. Summer Internship 6/5/2019- Entercom Program Directors 5 The Business Manager and the Business Assistant oversee the internship to Program 2019 8/9/2019 Charlotte Promotion Manager evaluate the interns and ensure they are receiving everything they need for a On Air Talent successful program.
