C ORPORATE G AMES 2017

FROM the CORPORATE GAMES DIRECTOR

Dear Executives, Business Owners and Wellness Coordinators,

The City of Ventura is proud to host the Ventura Corporate Games for the 28th year in 2017!

Every spring approximately 80 SoCal companies of all sizes engage up to 10,000 of their employees in six weeks of friendly business-to-business team .

Opening & Closing Ceremonies are even bigger events--open to family, friends and the entire community.

The Corporate Games are THE fun way to build your staff’s team spirit.

They also make a lasting investment in your company’s most important resource…your people.

Won’t you join us this year and give your employees the benefits of improved fitness, productivity and unity?

I’d like to address two concerns I received from you during our annual survey.

How is a company’s size determined? Divisions are set up so that companies of similar size compete against each other. Some large national organizations have only a small office locally so they are classified in the smaller B or C divisions.

Weekend schedules are too busy. This year’s schedule will provide more time between events on weekends and limit overlap to help smaller companies with fewer players compete.

Feel free to contact me regarding company registration, sponsor benefits or other questions regarding the Corporate Games. And check out our great website at www.venturacorporategames.org.

Whether your company is new to “the Games” or a returning “veteran,” I hope to see you at the 2017 Corporate Games—“Play for the Fun of It!”
