Adult Sports Leagues Another way to get your teams ready is to register for City of Ventura sports leagues. Visit www.teamsideline. com/ventura. Download team rosters or fill out a free agent player form if you are looking for a team, or call 805-658-4743. OVERALL TEAM TROPHY POINTS LEAGUES REGISTER BY START DATES One trophy per division (B/A, D/C) will be presented Fall September 3 September 13 to the company that accumulates the most total points earned for all their selected events. A company earns the following points for first Men’s & Coed Softball Leagues through fifth place for each event or activity: 9/14 - 11/19 • 8 points for 1st place $375/team • 6 points for 2nd place • 4 points for 3rd place Men’s Basketball Leagues • 2 points for 4th place 9/13 - 11/18 • 1 point for 5th place and participation $300/team For example, a “D” company would earn 64 points if its teams placed first in 8 events (8x8=64). Men’s & Coed Soccer Leagues For events requiring more than one play date or session, 9/13 - 11/15 teams earn these temporary points per session: $300/team • 5 points for 1st place • 4 points for 2nd place Kickball • 3 points for 3rd place 9/13 - 11/15 • 2 points for 4th place $150/team All session points are added together to determine an overall winner for that event.
