The purpose of this paper was discovering the diversity of macromycetes in the territory of Batočina (Serbia). Field studies, which lasted more than a year, revealed the presence of 200 species of macromycetes. The identified species belong to phyla Basidiomycota (191 species) and Ascomycota (9 species). The biggest number of registered species (100 species) was from the order Agaricales. Among the identified species was one strictly protected – Phallus hadriani and seven protected species: Amanita caesarea, Marasmius oreades, Cantharellus cibarius, Craterellus cornucopia- odes, Tuber aestivum, Russula cyanoxantha and R. virescens; also, several rare and endangered species of Serbia. This paper is a contribution to the knowledge of the diversity of macromycetes not only in the territory of Batočina, but in Serbia, in general. INTRODUCTION Fungi represent one of the most diverse and widespread group of organisms in terrestrial ecosystems, but, despite that fact, their diversity remains highly unexplored. Until recently it was considered that there are 1.6 million species of fungi, from which only something around 100 000 were described (KIRK et al., 2001), while data from 2017 lists 120000 identified species, which is still a slight number (HAWKSWORTH and LÜCKING, 2017). -

After field and laboratory studies, a total of 205 macrofungi species were determined. A list of 212 species, by including the previously reported 7 species in the research area, belonging to 129 genera and 64 families within 2 divisions were given. Arazi ve laboratuvar çalışmaları sonrasında 205 makromantar türü tespit edilmiştir. Daha önceden araştırma alanından rapor edilmiş 7 tür de dâhil olmak üzere, toplam 2 bölüm içinde yer alan 64 familya ve 129 cinse ait toplam 212 tür verilmiştir. ABSTRACT The phylogenetic relationship of the species of the genus Auricularia and its allied taxa were investigated using the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequences of nuclear DNA. A molecular phylogenetic tree constructed using a total of 17 samples representing fi ve species and two outgroups indicates that the species of Auricularia form a monophyletic group. Within the genus Auricularia, A. mesenterica is basal and the remaining Auricularia species form three clades; the fi rst clade consists of A. auricula-judae; the second, of A. fuscosuccinea; and the third, of A. polytricha. Auricularia, taxonomy, phylogeny, Colombia RESUMEN Las relaciones fi logenéticas entre las especies del género Auricularia y especies cercanas se investigaron usando secuencias de ADN nuclear de la región (ITS). Se construyó un árbol fi logenético molecular usando un total de 17 muestras, representando cinco especies, y dos grupos externos. Los resultados indican que las especies del género Auricularia conforman un grupo monofi lético en donde A. mesenterica, se encuentra en la región basal del árbol y las otras especies estudiadas se ubicaron en tres clados. -

Phylogenetic Relationships in Auriculariales and Related Groups – Hypotheses Derived from Nuclear Ribosomal DNA Sequences1

In order to estimate phylogenetic relationships in the Auriculariales sensu Bandoni (1984) and allied groups we have analysed a representative sample of species by comparison of nuclear coded ribosomal DNA sequences, applying models of neighbour joining, maximum parsimony, conditional clustering, and maximum likelihood. Analyses of the 5h terminal domain of the gene coding for the 28 S ribosomal large subunit supported the monophyly of the Dacrymycetales and Tremellales, while the monophyly of the Auriculariales was not supported. The Sebacinaceae, including the genera Sebacina, Efibulobasidium, Tremelloscypha, and Craterocolla, was confirmed as a monophyletic group, which appeared distant from other taxa ascribed to the Auriculariales. Within the latter the following subgroups were significantly supported: (1) a group of closely related species containing members of the genera Auricularia, Exidia, Exidiopsis, Heterochaete, and Eichleriella; (2) a group comprising species of Bourdotia and Ductifera; (3) a group of globose-spored species of the genus Basidiodendron; (4) a group that includes the members of the genus Myxarium and Hyaloria pilacre; (5) a group consisting of species of the genera Protomerulius, Tremellodendropsis, Heterochaetella, and Protodontia. Additional analyses of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region of the species contained in group (1) resulted in a separation of these fungi due to their basidial types. -

As a result of field and laboratory studies, 91 species within the 41 families and 14 orders were identified. 17 of them belong to the division Ascomycota and 74 to Basidiomycota. The species list is given with the informations on localities, habitats, collecting dates and collection numbers. Key words: Macrofungal diversity, Yalova, Marmara region, Turkey. The identified species and varieties spread over in following genera viz., Agaricus spp., Clitocybe spp., Collybia spp., Coprinus spp., Cortinarius spp., Craterellus sp., Crepidotus sp., Exidia sp., Fomes spp., Galerina sp., Hebeloma sp., Helvella sp., Auricularia auricula-judae, Hygrocybe pratensis, Inocybe sp., Lactarius spp., Laccaria sp., Mycena sp., Peziza sp., Pluteus sp., Psathyrella sp., Panellus sp., Paxillus atrotomentosus, Russula fellea, Scutellinia scutellata, Trichloma spp., Tyromyces spp., Lepiota sp. and Cystoderma, the last two genera were the new record in Erbil, Kurdistan region-Iraq. The objective of this study is to survey and identification of wild mushroom that grow naturally in different area and different season in Erbil Governorate, Kurdistan region-Iraq. This is the first documented research was made for mushroom collection and identification in Erbil governorate/Iraq Kurdistan region.
