Perhaps the most popular walk is known as ‘The Three Sides of the Lizard’. This itself is a beautiful and stunning walk around the rugged tip of the Lizard, passing the most southerly point on the mainland, following undulating high cliffs. It really is a lovely walk in springtime or indeed summer when the grassland is bright with many different wild flowers. Equally though, in the autumn when the bushes are full of migrant birds such as Pipit, Warblers and Buntings. Although reserved for the most hardcore walkers, the winter months bring with it perhaps, some of the most breathtaking views and experiences to be had when walking along the South West Coast Path.
