Station may not reserve facilities until Lear®eld IMG College signs this form and sends it to the on-site media coordinator/ host sports information director. The radio station designated above will receive a copy of the signed form. The radio station©s on-site personnel also should have a copy of the signed form for reference. Lear®eld IMG College shall send an invoice in the amount of the designated rights fee at the completion of the championship. Station shall pay Lear®eld IMG College the designated rights fee within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
