The Minnesota Football Coaches Association is excited to announce our inaugural MFCA RECRUITING DAY to be held Saturday, April 28 at St. Michael-Albertville HS! This event will unite our successful RECRUITING FAIR and RECRUIT COMBINE on the same day and at the same location. Below is a summary of the MFCA Recruiting Day’s two events:

MFCA Recruiting Fair from 10 am to noon. This event is for High School and college coaches only. (not for athletes). Each High school will have a table and college coaches can go from table to table and gather information on high school prospects.

High School Coaches who plan on attending the Recruiting Fair need to email Jeff Ferguson at [email protected] by April 9 in order to get a table. There is no cost to HS coaches.

College Coaches who plan on attending: The fee is $200. Please pre-register via PayPal at www.mnfootballcoaches.com, and we will then share the data with you. (Note: If you register the day of the event, the fee will be $250 and you will need a check made out to MFCA.)

Last year we had over 150 high schools and 800+ prospects represented in the data. Over 50 colleges from the upper Midwest have attended each year. Attending the fair is a great way to promote your players, especially D-2 and D-3 players that may “fly below the radar.”

We encourage every high school to send a representative to our recruiting fair. Don’t miss this great opportunity! All proceeds go to the MFCA.

MFCA RECRUIT COMBINE from1 pm to 4 pm

This event is for any player currently in grades 9 – 11. The cost is $50. Participants will be tested on:

40 yard dash; pro agility; L drill; broad jump; bench press; and height and weight. Many college coaches will be in attendance to observe this event.

Athletes who would like to register for the combine can go to: www.preptree.com A limited number of spots are available. No walk ups allowed.

Coaches who would like to volunteer to work at the Combine, please contact Jon Martin at [email protected]
