EIG IMPORTANT INFORMATION Coke Rewards Program is Changing Thank you to all of the families who participated in the Coke Rewards Program. It has benefited our school in many ways. The program will be changing soon. March 22 will be the last day that we can enter points into the current program. Therefore, please send in any and all points now as we are limited to the number of points that can be entered each week. Please continue to send in your points weekly until March 17. Codes can be found on Coke brand packages—check under the cap, inside the tear-off of 12 packs and inside the wrap of multi-packs. Products include all varieties of Sprite, Coke, Barq’s, Minute Maid, Fanta, Fresca, Mr. Pibb, Fuze, Seagram’s and Mello Yello, Powerade and Disani water. Codes can only be used once. Please do not send in items if the codes have been previously entered. Remember to place the student full name, teacher name and class on the bags when submitting points. All family members are eligible to dress out so include any sibling names also. We will plan a future dress out day after the program changes. Please remember only Coke products are eligible to earn a dress out day. Details will be available later. If you donate your points through the Coke Rewards website, please email [email protected] with the number of points donated, student name, teacher name and class. You may also email [email protected] with any questions. We will re-evaluate participation in the Coke Rewards program when the new program details are available. Annual Chili Dinner and Bake Sale The Sisters of Blessed Trinity are hosting their 10th annual chili dinner on Saturday, February 4th from 3-8pm. The dinner will be in the Parish Hall and is eat-in or take-out. Tickets will be sold at the door and are $7 for adults and $3 for children. The Sisters would like bake sale donations. Donations can be delivered to the Parish Hall on the day of the dinner. Choir News Attention Elementary and Middle School Choir students: Choir practice is cancelled for Tuesday, February 7th. (Please mark your calendars) Elementary Choir will still lead the Mass on February 8th. We will resume practice for both choirs on Tuesday, February 14th. Thank you! Mrs. Atkinson Used Uniform Sale The last used uniform sale of the year will be held Sunday, February 12th from 10am to 1pm. The last day to turn in uniforms for credit is February 7th. Students from Trinity Catholic will be at each Mass during the weekend of January 14th/15th selling pre-sale VIP armbands and raffle tickets. Pre-Sale armbands are $20 and can be used for any one day during the event. Raffle tickets are $1.00 each or 12 for $10. Prizes include $1,000 cash, $500 gas cards and several store and restaurant gift cards. Sponsorships still available. Blessed Trinity Catholic School will celebrate our 25th annual Red & White Night Saturday, March 25th at the Ocala Hilton. Tickets are priced at $75 per person and invitations will be sent out in February. We are currently blessed trinity catholic school’s seeking sponsors for this special event. Sponsorship levels range from Red & White Night $800 to $5,000 and include seating for 8 people, along with various levels celebrating 25 years of recognition at the event and at our school. Blessed Trinity is hosting an “After Christmas Clothes Drive”. You can participate by donating used clothes that are in good condition. The 6th grade will be collecting these clothes during the month of February and all donations will be taken to Brother’s Keeper. Thank you for your generosity! Box Tops We are continuing our New Year campaign. The goals are 500 per class for grades 1-8 and 400 per class for kindergarten. The deadline for this campaign will be February 10th. (“Realtree”) on J&M’s energy drink containers. Realtree later permitted the Coca-Cola Company to use some of the same Realtree intellectual property on Mello Yello soft drink containers. Shortly after the Realtree-Mello Yello campaign started, J&M assigned its interest in the Realtree license to Country Breeze Ventures, LLC (“Country Breeze”). Country Breeze later sued Realtree for breach of contract and fraudulent inducement based on the Realtree-Mello Yello campaign. Realtree brought this action against J&M, alleging that J&M did not pay royalties due under the license agreement and that J&M must pay Realtree’s costs of bringing this action and defending the Country Breeze litigation. J&M asserted counterclaims against Realtree for breach of contract, intentional and negligent misrepresentation, tortious interference with business relations, and litigation Case 4:18-cv-00126-CDL Document 62 Filed 05/12/20 Page 2 of 29 expenses. Presently pending before the Court are the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment.
