Since its inception last year, the IBW Leadership Cabinet has revolutionized the structure of the Program and enabled the leadership team to make decisions and create an enhanced curriculum for all junior members. This innovative way of managing the IBW allows for increased organization and efficiency. The IBW’17 team includes the co-presidents, vice president of recruitment, vice president of training and education, vice president of operations, directors of unity, recruitment associates (“RAs”) and teaching assistants (“TAs”). After careful evaluation of prior cabinet leadership positions, the IBN is excited to announce the newly selected IBW’18 Cabinet.
