Recently, there has been an increase in opportunities for diverse sophomores and the Diversity Program is a platform to help these students secure internships. The Diversity Program serves as an opportunity to strengthen the IBN, as we teach students the valuation and communication skills necessary to successfully land an internship or invitation to a leadership program. This year we hope the students in our program acquire valuable knowledge about the industry, earn opportunities for next summer and begin to develop their professional network. Co-Directors of Diversity (from left): Susan Bittker, Kaitlyn West & Grace Hahn “The Diversity Program has allowed me to be surrounded by like-minded individuals who share a passion for investment banking. My goal is to help others attain the technical knowledge, networking skills and numerous opportunities the IBW provides.” – Susan Bittker (Internship: Bank of America Merrill Lynch) “The Diversity Program has provided me with a community of peers that motivate me to work hard and give back, and that support system empowers me to achieve the goals I set for myself.” – Kaitlyn West (Internship: Audax PE) “I am grateful for the Diversity Program. It is an amazing support network where I made some of my closest friends and met influential mentors who are supporting me in the beginning stages of my career.” – Grace Hahn (Internship: Evercore) THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AND IS INTENDED TO BE USED INTERNALLY AT THE 10 KELLEY SCHOOL OF BUSINESS AND WITH THOSE INVOLVED WITH THE IBN Directors Circle ($5,000+) Thomas W. & Kim Cole James M.
