L’emozione per i rally che furono si sposa con la passione per l’Heritage; con VERONA LEGEND CARS, che si terrà dal 5 al 7 maggio presso Verona Fiere, tornano anche e soprattutto le auto d’epoca che hanno fatto la storia dell’automobile. Verona, 8 marzo 2017 . Dal 5 al 7 maggio 2017, torna VERONA LEGEND CARS , la Fiera delle auto storiche, giunta alla terza edizione. La rassegna, organizzata da Verona Fiere e Intermeeting si terrà all’interno dei padiglioni dell’ente fieristico. Forte del risultato del 2016, in cui si registrò un 25% in più in termini di spettatori, Verona Legend Cars, con più di 1000 auto d’epoca in esposizione, si presenta tirata a lucido con un evento che è una prima assoluta e la grande novità dell’edizione 2017. È la “Sfida dei Campioni”, evento mai organizzato ad oggi e che, dopo i tanti rally disputati, vede per la prima volta insieme così tanti campioni: Miki Biasion, Juha Kankkunen, Alex Florio, Francois Delecour e tanti altri , veri e propri miti dei rally che furono, tornano in pista, per sfidarsi a singolar tenzone e per far rivivere le emozioni storiche di questo sport che ha fatto sognare migliaia di spettatori. A bordo di otto auto come le leggendarie Lancia Delta Integrale e Lancia Rally 037 e le stellari Abarth 695 Rally e Abarth 124 Rally rivivremo il sapore della polvere, evoluzioni da capogiro, brucianti derapate e sgommate. La Sfida dei Campioni si correrà il 6 e 7 maggio all’interno di un circuito di quasi 1 KM su un’area di 15.000 metri quadri, interamente supervisionato da ACI Verona. La due giorni di esibizioni rappresenta un vero e proprio tributo ai trent’anni della leggendaria Lancia Delta Integrale, alla vittoria di Miki Biasion a Montecarlo nel 1987 e alla passione per lo sport e il rally. Abarth , non a caso, è il Main Sponsor dell’evento e partecipa con i suoi modelli di punta e l’esperienza del suo insuperabile staff tecnico. “La Sfida dei Campioni è un evento unico, mai organizzato, una prima assoluta. Essere riusciti a far ritrovare insieme tanti campioni mondiali dei titoli rally è motivo di orgoglio e sfida per il futuro, spiega Mario Carlo Baccaglini, organizzatore di Verona Legend Cars .
