There is no known wlid m.ethod of ,establishing the number location of the handicapped in the City by census tract- or even by city wide totalso The 1970 censu$ contained a 5% sample question regarding the handicapped however. it is entirely inadequate for our purposeso The question reads as -'L'IUI!-'L""'--" ..... this person have a health or physical condition which umttts kind or amount of work he can do at a job?
