DESCRIPTION Priory View is found about half a mile outside the village and from its elevated position there are far reaching views over unspoilt countryside. Built in to an individual design, the house provides well proportioned accommodation which has been enlarged by the present owner. On the ground floor there is a comfortable drawing room which includes a study area and an open fireplace. To the front of the house is a potential dining/family room which has been used as a bedroom and consequently there is an adjoining bathroom. This room could fulfil a number of different requirements. Taking advantage of the view is the well equipped kitchen/breakfast room which has been sympathetically enlarged to include a garden room. Adjacent is the utility room and cloakroom. From the reception hall the staircase rises to the first floor where there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. The house is approached through a 5 bar gate with a gravelled driveway leading to a wide parking area to the front of the house. To the side is the detached double garage which has a most useful studio room above. The principal garden is found to the rear of the house where it has been imaginatively landscaped. In addition to the attractive shrub and flower beds there is an ornamental fountain pond and paved sitting out areas. At the end of the garden is a thicket through which there are views across open countryside. Alongside the boundary is the paddock which has been planted with a number of specimen trees. Extending to about 0.6 acres is the paddock which is suitable to those with equestrian interests. The whole property extends to about 1.3 acres.
