Notes : • All talks are ‘chalk talks’ – no PowerPoint! no slides! whiteboard only!

• Each presentation will be 20 min, plus additional 5 min for questions.

• The program is dense and session chairs will need to be very strict about timing talks to allow for in-depth general discussion at the end of the session.

• General discussions after each session are led by a pair of participants, who summarize the main themes of the session and identify open questions to kick- start the discussion.
