AGENDA I. Call to Order and Salute to the Flag II. Policy 9314 In order to comply with guidance from the Governor regarding public meetings, the Board has suspended Policy 9314 through the 2020-2021 school year to the extent that it limits the number of Board members who can participate remotely in a regular scheduled Board meeting. This suspension allows all members of the Board to participate remotely in this meeting. III. Report from Student Representatives IV. Report from Professional Staff - None V. Trust Fund FURTHER, that the Treasurer is authorized to pay current invoices and payroll from the General Fund not to exceed the amount of $17,700,000.00 for the month of February. FURTHER, that the Treasurer was authorized and therefore did pay invoices and payroll from the General Fund in the actual amount of $14,882,720.44 for the month of December. C. Personnel 1. AGENDA MATERIALS Agenda V, Students, Staff and Program Highlights During the month of January, the Tredyffrin/Easttown school community expresses appreciation to the members of the Board of School Directors for their dedication and hard work. T/E's nine Board members bring a variety of skills and interests to their responsibilities and invest these talents in directing goals, finances, policies and programs that provide exceptional opportunities for the T/E students, staff and community. Tonight, we recognize Michele Burger (President), Roberta Hotinski (Vice President), Kyle Boyer, Scott Dorsey, Mary Garrett Itin, Todd Kantorczyk, Stacy Stone, Sue Tiede and Tina Whitlow. T/E Board members serve on standing Board committees, such as Policy, Education, Facilities and Finance, as well as on the Ad Hoc Public Information and Legislative Committees. Board members also serve as liaisons to District committees such as Safety, Curriculum, Diversity, Technology and the InterSchool Council, and individual Board members serve as ambassadors to T/E's eight schools. Board members represent the District in dialogue with local government and serve on the Chester County Intermediate Unit Board.
