Written by Mattias Thuresson. I am a huge Elvis fan, but even I admit most of his movies were dreadful, and that's being kind. This one is a pleasant exception. Not only is it quite funny at times, but the songs in the film are well above average for a Presley movie, and Elvis A Little in Love looks and acts better than in the seven or so films that preceded it. He has a natural flair for comedy, as anyone A Little in Love know who has seen his earlier film from "Follow That Dream," which was another under-appreciated Elvis film. He acts more grown up and the situations he's thrust into have a much more adult theme than in his previous efforts. By the time this film was released, these points were lost to most critics, who dismissed it as just another infantile Elvis A Little in Love. Start your review of A Little in Love. Originally I expected a boring, but short historical fiction read. Instead I was met with a strong protagonist named Eponine in a story dealing with the hardships in life. Ever since a young age, Eponine and her sister have been taught to steal to support their family. This gave them a stable life that was ruined one day when their father murdered a man. On the run for 6 years, Eponine and A Little in Love family struggle to survive. When they finally arrive in France, Eponine has every right to hate her family and her life. However, Eponine is an admirable and relatable character. Sometimes I get sick of the A Little in Love ya girl and Ephonine is nothing like that. Nov 18, Maddie rated it really liked it. When Sarah recommended this to me, I was skeptical about it, since I know barely anything about Les Miserables, and thought that would limit my enjoyment, but, I really grew to love Eponine, Cosette and Marius. The writing style was beautiful, the story read like a tragic fairy tale, and I definitely fell a little in love with it! I can't think of a secondary character in a classic work of literature who is less in need of an author to champion her than Eponine. I read it anyways. I might not have, if it didn't look so much like Fletcher would be taking A Little in Love of her inspiration from the book, not the musical.

Christman The University of Toledo Two priming experiments investigated kind and strength of semantic knowledge underlying known, frontier, and unknown low frequency words. Results from Experiment 1 suggest that known words re¯ect categorical knowledge, but frontier and unknown words re¯ect thematic knowledge. Thematic knowledge for frontier words appears to be stronger than that for un- known words. Experiment 2 entailed visual half-®eld presentation of targets. All facilitory effects were restricted to the lvf/RH, and inhibitory effects to the rvf/LH. Experiment 1 ®nd- ings were mirrored by the RH. Thematic knowledge appears to precede categorical knowledge for the RH, but the opposite may be true of the LH .
