Nazaruddin , Alfian Lukman Abstract: Syiah had ever been a major Islamic Researches on the history of Syiah in Indonesia - and denomination in Aceh for centuries. This research is not only especially in Aceh -has been done by Hilmy Bakar about how much classical Sharia rules can be a reference to Almascaty (2013) and Fakhriati (2014) and Rabbani (2013) resolve political problems of majority and minority division, but also Dhuhri (2016).     Marjaana Jauhola Marjaana craps of Hope in Banda Aceh examines the rebuilding of the city Marjaana Jauhola of Banda Aceh in Indonesia in the aftermath of the celebrated SHelsinki-based peace mediation process, thirty years of armed conflict, and the tsunami. Offering a critical contribution to the study of post-conflict politics, the book includes 14 documentary videos Scraps of Hope reflecting individuals’ experiences on rebuilding the city and following the everyday lives of people in Banda Aceh. Scraps of Hope in Banda Aceh Banda in Hope of Scraps in Banda Aceh Marjaana Jauhola mirrors the peace-making process from the perspective of the ‘outcast’ and invisible, challenging the selective narrative and ideals of the peace as a success story. Jauhola provides Gendered Urban Politics alternative ways to reflect the peace dialogue using ethnographic and in the Aceh Peace Process film documentarist storytelling. Scraps of Hope in Banda Aceh tells a story of layered exiles and displacement, revealing hidden narratives of violence and grief while exposing struggles over gendered expectations of being good and respectable women and men. It brings to light the multiple ways of arranging lives and forming caring relationships outside the normative notions of nuclear family and home, and offers insights into the relations of power and violence that are embedded in the peace. Marjaana Jauhola is senior lecturer and head of discipline of Global Development Studies at the University of Helsinki. Her research focuses on co-creative research methodologies, urban and visual ethnography with an eye on feminisms, as well as global politics of conflict and disaster recovery in South and Southeast Asia.

Dalam aksinya, mereka membunuh banyak orang, merugikan harta benda, serta membuat kerusakan infrastruktur dari wilayah kekuasaannya di Timur Tengah sampai dengan Asia Tenggara. Kabar kekerasan ISIS terdengar melalui media massa, dari internet, dalam artikel berita, dan didiskusikan di media sosial. Namun, dengan segala informasi mengenai kekejaman ISIS, mengapa masih ada orang Indonesia yang mendukung ISIS? Apa yang membuat mereka membenci orang-orang kafir? Apa yang memotivasi mereka untuk berjuang demi ISIS, bahkan sampai rela untuk kehilangan nyawa? Penelitian ini, dengan mengaplikasikan teori konstruktivisme, mendiskusikan kisah sejarah Indonesia dan faktor sosial yang mendasari alasan orang Indonesia mendukung ISIS. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui interview dan studi literatur dari buku dan artikel penelitian. In Aceh, even though a mosque is a place that is sanctified by all Muslims, the construction process has its own system of norms. The norm for the construction of this mosque refers to the standard provisions that have become part of the local wisdom of the Acehnese people, namely that mosques can only be built 1 in 5 (five) villages. Based on the study with qualitative methods and data collection was carried out through observation techniques, in-depth interviews and document studies in Sangso Village, Samalanga Sub-District, Bireuen District, Aceh Province. This article argues that the conflict that ended with the burning of the foundations of the At-Taqwa Muhammadiyah Mosque in Sangso village was triggered by a neglect of local wisdom in mosque construction. It was started from the discourse of pros and cons on which took place since the Indonesian independence, to be exacted when nine committees of BPUPKI formulated the state principles. It was continued during the Liberal Democracy era of the Old Era, New Era until Reformation. The objective of this study was to construct the historical roots of Islamic law formalization using historical methods with the philosophical approach to the contextual analysis. The results of this study show that the historical roots were started from the success of the ulama and their role, until the establishment of Islamic empires, then Islamic law was legalized in the form of legislation by adopting legal books written by the scholars. There was strong legitimacy of the role of ulama, as well as the Sultan’s commitment to governing society through the judiciary and positions of qadhi, mufti and shaykh al-Islam which become the main pillars of the Islamic formalization practice in the sultanate government in Nusantara.
