Donors are allowed for darsan through Vaikuntam Q Complex-I only after showing their passbooks taken from the concerned Trust. 2. Income Tax certificate and pass book will be issued in the name of Donor. 3. Only four members are allowed for darsan along with the Donor, the details of whom should be furnished in advance. 4. The Donor and his family members must show their ID proofs during darsan. The Donor has to submit his Life Certificate every year to the TTD Donor Cell. 5. If the Donor for any reason unable to come to Tirumala and have Prasadams/Bahumanams/Darsan, then the facilities are provided to a person suggested by the Donor upon submitting the Donor’s Life Certificate and an attested ID proof. These details have to be furnished in advance to the Donor Cell, Tirumala, to get the approval. 6. The Donor is permitted to change the names of the other four members mentioned in the passbook only thrice in his life time by giving specific reasons and get approval of the Executive Officer, TTD. 7. T T D has all rights to make any amendments in the aforementioned rules without informing the Donor in advance. Companies/Trusts/Institutions The following conditions are applicable to the Companies/Trusts/Institutions consisting of five members as per the old system. 1. These facilities are applicable only to the Director/Managing Director/Managing Trustee/any partner/Employees and their family members. 2. The Director/Managing Director/Company Secretary/Managing Trustee/other members of the institution, the names of only five members along with their ID proofs must be officially submitted.
