It applies to all F-16 units. MAJCOM/DRU/FOA-level supple- ments to this volume are to be approved prior to publication IAW AFPD 11-2. Copies of MAJCOM/ DRU/FOA-level supplements, after approved and published, will be provided by the issuing MAJCOM/ DRU/FOA to HQ AFFSA/XOF, HQ ACC/XOFT, and the user MAJCOM and ANG offices of primary responsibility. Field units below MAJCOM/DRU/FOA level will forward copies of their supplements to this publication to their parent MAJCOM/DRU/FOA office of primary responsibility for post publication review. NOTE: The terms direct reporting unit (DRU) and field operating agency (FOA) as used in this paragraph refer only to those DRUs/FOAs that report directly to HQ USAF. Keep supplements current by complying with AFI 33-360V1, Publications Management Program. See paragraph 1.4. of this volume for guidance on submitting comments and suggesting improvements to this publication. This publication is affected by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1974 as amended in 1996. Maintain and dispose of records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication in accordance with AFMAN 37-139, Records Disposition Schedule. This volume, with its complementary unit-specific Local Procedures Supplement, prescribes standard operational and weapons employment procedures to be used by all pilots operating USAF F-16 aircraft. USAFAWC aircraft may deviate from the contents of this volume as outlined in individually approved test plans required for Test and Evaluation purposes. File a copy of all approved waivers with this volume.
