Pursuant to his answer of August 2020, what consideration the a) ClimateChange Transformation Board and b) Council of Ministers have given to the use of gas in the coming fifteen years for space heating and other domestic uses; and if he will make a statement about policy and planning in respect of this gas use with particular attention to the i) foreseen timetable, and ii) the application of the Climate Change duties of the public bodies envisaged in the Climate Change Bill 2020?

Pursuant to his statements in Tynwald in February 2021: (a) when the 2021 e- mail regarding the collapsed walkway was received by Minister Baker, Nick Black and the Department of Infrastructure enquiries; (b) why the safety fencing was not attached to the existing railings; (c) when the work to make this area safe will be done; and (d) when the Minister visited this area of collapsed walkway?

When the safety fencing at the section of Douglas Promenade opposite Summerland was installed; what assessment was done on the danger to those on the Promenade because of the opening; when the safety fencing was removed; why the safety fencing was removed; and when the safety fencing was returned?

What the current interest charge, term and other financing conditions for a) the capitalised gas pipeline capacity payments and b) the on-Island Gas Network Extension are; what variation has been considered or proposed in respect of these financing conditions in discussion with i) Treasury, ii) Council of Ministers and iii) Manx Gas since 1st February 2019; and if he will make a statement about the impact of these financing conditions on gas prices in coming years?
