They secretly make an alliance with the Russian Government and catch the attention of the Illuminati, the secret rulers of the world led by U.S. President Harry S. Truman. Vol. 3: Building The Manhattan Projects #11–15 ISBN 978-1-607067-53-5 This volume details the first half of Oppenheimer's master plan. With the Illuminati now completely destroyed save for the FDR AI, a simple question looms over the scientists of The Manhattan Projects: how are they going to govern the world? The Projects are split into three divisions with their own goals: Project Ares will deal with space exploration and colonisation, Project Vulcan will deal with the accumulation of renewable energy sources and Project Gaia will deal with perfecting the human condition. All of the projects are to be controlled by Oppenheimer's secret project, Project Charon, with the aim of gaining knowledge and control throughout creation. Robert and his blue alternates wage war for the control of Joseph's mind, eventually winning, resulting in the failure of Charon. However, at that moment, Albert emerges from the gateway and kills Joseph. Albert and Albrecht reconcile and set off for parts unknown. Rider, Dr. Eric Hehl and Wes Injerd. 30 April 2017 The “Kuroda Papers:” The Kuroda Papers (See: Appendix 1), a set of notes concerning wartime meetings covering issues related to Japan’s atomic energy and weapons program, remain one of the few documents concerning that nation’s wartime bomb program to ever surface. 1 The pages available, detail the background papers supporting the research program and four meetings, one each. held on; 2 July 1943, 6 July 1943, 2 Feb 1944 and 17 Nov 1944 however, these dates may be inaccurate. Kuroda himself had given a copy of the documents to P. Wayne Reagan in the mid-1950s. 2 Knowledge of the papers held by Paul Kuroda was known in some larger circles as early as 1985. According to Mrs. Kuroda’s cover letter returning the papers to Japan, she stated that “Kuroda lectured about the documents to his students and also publicly discussed their existence at international conferences such as the one commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the Discovery of Nuclear Fission in Washington D.C. in 1989, presided over by Professor Glenn Seaborg.” 3 Kuroda is reported to have on occasion; altered, corrected, or edited these papers in the presence of his students at the University of Arkansas during some of his lectures. It is unknown exactly what information contained within the papers Kuroda changed, or his motivations for altering or correcting these notes. It is commonly regarded as one of the most successful, if controversial, mega-projects of the 20th century, bringing together scientific expertise, industrial production, and military coordination to create an entirely new industry, and new form of weaponry, in an unusually compressed timescale. Within the literature of the history of science and technology, the Manhattan Project has been examined from a number of different vantage points, often centering on the role of the thousands of academic scientists in hundreds of centers who participated in the weaponization of a new scientific discovery to facilitate the mass slaughter of civilians, but also portraying the project as a prototype of future military-industrial-academic collaborations. HISTORIOGRAPHICAL BACKGROUND The Manhattan Project per se specifically refers to the overarching weapons-production program begun in late 1942, and not to earlier research and pilot programs. It is related to but not exactly the same as the Manhattan Engineer District, the division of the US Army Corps of Engineers that was in charge of implementing the development of the atomic bomb, and which maintained control over the technology until January 1947, when the civilian US Atomic Energy Commission took over all production operations. This definitional issue is not an insubstantial one. If one assigns the moniker of the Manhattan Project to the earliest investigations into nuclear fission, it results in a significantly different narrative about the purpose and origins of the weapons project, and obscures the distinct change of direction that took place in late 1942.

The Manhattan Project is the story of some of the most renowned scientists of the century combining with industry, the military, and tens of thousands of ordinary Americans working at sites across the country to translate original scientific discoveries into an entirely new kind of weapon. When the existence of this nationwide, secret project was revealed to the American people following the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, most were astounded to learn that such a far- flung, government-run, top-secret operation existed, with physical properties, payroll, and a labor force comparable to the automotive industry. At its peak, the project employed 130,000 workers and, by the end of the war, had spent $2.2 billion. Neutrons, Fission, and Chain Reactions The road to the atomic bomb began with the revolutionary discoveries and insights of modern physics. In the early twentieth century, physicists conceived of the atom as a miniature solar system, with extremely light negatively charged particles, called electrons, in orbit around the much heavier positively charged nucleus. In 1919, the New Zealander Ernest Rutherford, working in the Cavendish Laboratory at Cambridge University in England, detected a high–energy particle with a positive charge being ejected from the nucleus of an atom.

He carries a unique and horrible honor of having lived through both bombs. On August 6th, 1945 he was in the city of Hiroshima, Japan on business when the first atomic bomb, “little boy,” was dropped to inflict the single most devastating tactical blast in history, till that point. After enduring a night of agony from serious burns he received from the Hiroshima bombing, he returned to his hometown of Nagasaki to recuperate. Upon returning, Tsutomu lived through the second atomic bomb of World War II and the last use of nuclear arms in war. However, he was only officially recognized by the Japanese government and international community as surviving both bombs on March 25th, 2009. Even though he delivered information to the Soviets during the Manhattan Projects, Fuchs contributed many important theories to the development of the atomic bomb, such as helping develop the means needed to implode the critical fissionable core within the first atom bomb designs.
