SUMMARY With the development of living standards of people, the need of proper wastewater treatment has become evident in order to protect the people health, society and environment. In 1980’s, traditional biological treatment methods such as activated sludge and trickling filter have been challenged by new technology called Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR). In 2007 and 2012, intermittent and continuous aerated MBBR facilities have been installed for treating municipal wastewater at the plants in Sweden, respectively. This study was performed in two wastewater treatment plants: continuously aerated Gagnef wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and intermittently aerated Tällberg WWTP located in Dalarna with the focus on process performance and identify the opportunities to reduce the energy consumption, chemical saving, possibilities in reducing excess sludge the and potential optimization of process. The experiment data (grab samples and flow proportional samples) were collected from both plants from the following samples stations: inlet, outlet of the treatment plant and upstream and downstream of MBBR reactor during May and August month. -

1 ★Welcome to ISGR ★ Welcome to the International School of the Gothenburg Region (ISGR) Community! A special welcome to all new families and a warm welcome back to all returning families. (Learning English? Come to English Club. It is fun and free. See page 4.) In an international school setting, we all have been new to Gothenburg at some point and have been in the same position as the new families here. The PTA has found that many questions arise whether you are new or have lived here for some time. This guide was written by a handful of PTA volunteer parents to help answer these questions, create a sense of community and make life a little easier. Our hope in writing this handbook is to help make the transition comfortable for new families as the years go forward. Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much – Helen Keller This handbook has several sections. The first section has information regarding the PTA – the Parent Teacher Association. The second section relates to the school in general; rules and tips to help everyone. The third section has information regarding Clubs and Activities in the Gothenburg area. The fourth section details tips for living in Gothenburg, which can be beneficial for all families living here. Please remember to check the websites, phone numbers and/or addresses before heading off on a journey, to prevent any unnecessary frustration. At publication, the information has been verified to our knowledge and will continue to be updated. We truly hope this handbook gives you answers to questions you need, but please do not hesitate to ask someone if you have specific questions or need more details. -
Litteratur Om Kungälv Och Marstrand
View metadata, citation and similar papers at core.ac.uk brought to you by CORE provided by Göteborgs universitets publikationer - e-publicering och e-arkiv LITTERATUR OM KUNGÄLV OCH MARSTRAND En bibliografi HANS ÅKERSTRÖM Uppgraderad aug. -
Liseberg Waterpark Update June, 2019 Introduction Introduction & Disclaimer DRAFT
Liseberg Waterpark Update June, 2019 Introduction Introduction & Disclaimer DRAFT • Leisure Development Partners LLP (LDP) is a leading consulting firm specialised in the feasibility, review and performance improvement of visitor attractions and leisure real estate. LDP’s Partners have more than 60 years experience in this niche. The LDP approach relies upon detailed market analysis and the application of carefully chosen real world benchmarks from existing comparable projects. This nuanced approach came out of the originalContents feasibility work for Disney and has been developed further over the past 50 years. • In 2014 LDP were commissioned by the management team at Liseberg to complete a market and feasibility study for a proposed expansion to Liseberg. A number of options were available but after some deliberation it was agreed that a waterpark as a second gate and accompanying on-site accommodation was the favourite expansion option. LDP completed the study of the potential for the waterpark and 450-room hotel, and also estimated the likely economic impact for such a development. • Since the original work much progress has been made. As plans have moved forward the management team at Liseberg have asked LDP to review and update our original work to take into account any changes in the market and in consideration of the revised waterpark concept. The Liseberg team have appointed a local hotel consultant to review this art of the development programme and therefore in this document we provide only an update analysis of the planned waterpark. • Disclaimer: This Report is based on estimates, assumptions and other information developed by Leisure Development Partners LLP (LDP) from its independent research effort, general knowledge of the industry and other comparable developments elsewhere and publicly available research efforts/surveys. -
